Odalar çok güzel, gayet temiz. Rahatça uyuduk. Her şey düşünülmüş. Sadece giriş saati 14.00 ve o saate kadar kapıda bekledik, bu kötüydü. Otelin tam önünde araç için yerler var ve otopark ücreti aldılar (yanlış hatırlamıyorsam 10€). Sokakta park yerleri vardı sanırım yerlisi kullanıyor ama ücretli olacağını sanmıyorum.

Fiyat/performans olarak bence sehrin en iyisi. Odalar gayet genis ve kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz. Klima, mini bir mutfak, sac kurutma makinesi, utu, mini buzdolabi, bolca dolap. Mülk sahibi evinizde hissetmeniz icin her seyi dusunmus. Otobus duraklarina sadece 4-5 dakika uzakta, topu tasimanin ucretsiz oldugunu dusununce bu lokasyonun degeri artiyor (nehre de 5-10 dakika). Odalarin icerisi yeni teknoloji ile dizayn edilmis bu da guzel detaylardan biri. Wifi ise 7/24 250 mps civarinda. Odanizda minik bir calisma masasi da var, uzaktan isleriniz varsa cok rahatlikla halledebilirsiniz. Otel sahibi Andre ise her turlu ihtiyaciniz ile 7/24 ilgileniyor. Biz tatilimize 1 hafta kala burayi kesfettik ve otelimizo degistirdik. Cok memnun kaldik, tavsiye edilir.

Great accommodation with excellent access to the historic city center. You can leave your car here safely – the parking area is monitored by a camera system – and explore everything on foot. The room had air conditioning, which easily handled even the day when it was 37°C! A big thank you also to the gentleman at the reception – a really friendly and helpful guy. Thanks!

We booked the presidential room with a private sauna and a two-person bathtub with massage jets — excellent value for money. The owner was also very kind and friendly. We’ll choose this place again if we return to Belgrade.

The place is located in Old Town where it was accessible to go on foot visiting heritage sites and panoramic views. Andrei displays a real example of hospitality which my sister and I felt comfortable. Very clean room and overall accomodation. Must recommended when you wanna visit the beautiful country of Serbia!

I enjoy Iva Old Town Apartments excellent customer service,Andrei…the room was very cozy,clean and relaxing vibes.I love the most is the soft bed.good location,almost 1km away from the Republic Square.very high speed wifi as well

Very comfortable place with convenient location, short walk to the Old Town. Easy check-in, even in the middle of the night. But the best thing about the place is the staff: the owner helped us a lot with various requests, always responded very quickly and made us feel welcome. Warmly recommended!

This hotel is a hidden gem ! We stayed in the presidential suite and wanted for nothing ! Peaceful , quality , luxury. After a long day sighting , a soak in the whirlpool bath followed by relaxing in your own private sauna….bliss !!

Délicieux motel dans un îlot paisible de verdure et d’habitations, à 10 mn à pied du centre ville et tout ce qu’il faut à côté. Petit restau au coin qui fait d’énormes délicieux petit déjeuners. Andrej et sa femme sont un jeune couple adorables et très serviables. Nous avons eu la chance de »chambre présidentielle avec tres grande baignoire à bulles et sauna digne des meilleurs clubs de sport. Calme, tres propre , nous nous sentions chez nous et y reviendrons certainement lors d’un prochain voyage dans cette ville et ce peuple tres attachants. Beaux , fiers , calmes et très aimables quand on se parle.
