I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred today at your beachside establishment.||A couple entered the premises with their dog, seemingly unaware of the sign indicating that dogs are not allowed. As they attempted to sit down, a member of your staff suddenly rushed over, waving his arms and shouting at them in a very aggressive and impulsive manner, demanding that they leave immediately. The scene was loud and unnecessarily dramatic — to the point that everyone in the venue turned to see what was happening.||While I understand and respect your rules regarding pets, I believe there are far more professional and respectful ways to enforce them. Such confrontational behavior creates discomfort not only for the guests involved but for everyone around.||I hope you will consider addressing this with your staff to ensure that future situations are handled with more courtesy and calm communication.

Modernes, ruhiges Haus in Strandnähe. Gelungenes, eher schlichtes Styling, ausreichend grosse Zimmer (Superior mit kleinem Balkon und Blick über den schönen, gepflegten Garten zum Meer). Bequeme Betten, blitzsauberer Sanitärbereich, ebenerdige Dusche.|Grosser Frühstücksraum zum Garten hin. Sehr ordentliches Speisen-Angebot; freundlicher Service.|Neben wenigen "Unzulänglichkeiten" in Haus (kein Wäsche-Service, mittägliches Salat-Angebot nicht verfügbar, keine AC- und TV-Beschreibung) bekommt der (immerhin mit schattenspendendem Baumbestand und viel Liegen ausgestattete!) Strand einen Minuspunkt: Kein Privatstrand nur für Hotelgäste, Zugang ins Meer nur über z, T. dicke Steine, im Meer zunächst auch Felsen. Kein etwa Geländer-gestütztes Eintauchen in Schwimmtiefe. Für Oldies eine Zumutung.|Beach Bar Paradiso direkt am Strand gut für den Mittags-Snack.

Einfach immer wieder schön und empfehlenswert. Frühstück, Zimmer, Service sind 1a. Die Lage ist sowieso einzigartig und perfekt.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, Ruhig gelegen, sehr chic und modern mit klasse Meerblick Zimmer. Wundervolle Mitarbeiter inclusive Manager, alle haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderen gemacht . Du hattest zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl, das alle mit liebe ihren Job machen. Wir hatten Meerblick Zimmer, grandiose Aussicht über den parkähnlichen angelegten Garten auf das Meer . Groß genug mit sehr bequemen Bett. Zu unserer Zeit war es sehr ruhig, genau was wir wollten. Liebe grüße an das Team, kommen gerne wieder.

Dieses Hotel ist mittlerweile wieder eines der Superlative. Das Frühstück ist einzigartig, enorm vielfältig und kreativ. Und es schmeckt einfach nur super. Begeisterung pur. Da ist für jedes Bedürfnis reichlich viel dabei.

Prekrasan hotel sa izuzetno ljubaznim osobljem. Kuharici poseban pozdrav i zahvale od roditelja malih nogometaša koji su boravili u hotelu početkom 3.mj :)

Pobyt v januári 2025, maximálny kľud, ticho a pohoda.|Do mesta Umag je to cca 3km, krásna prechádzka po chodníku popri ceste.|Hotel ako jeden z mála otvorených o tomto čase je na kľudnom mieste so súkromnou plážou, izba s výhľadom na more.|Je to skoro nový, vkusne a útulne zariadený, s veľmi milým a ústretovým personálom. Izba bola priestranná, s veľmi pohodlnými posteľmi, o.i. sme mali aj papuče a župan.|Raňajky, aj napriek málo hosťom bohaté, studený, aj teplý bufet, bolo z čoho vyberať.|Hotel má vlastný parking, buď podzemná garáž, alebo vonkajší parking priamo pri hoteli.|Pláž a more sme si vzhľadom k termínu veľmi neužili, ale more bolo krásne čisté, pokojné, pláž kamienková s pozvoľným vstupom do mora (ale boli aj miesta s útesmi a bralami).|Hotel predčil naše očakávania, určite sa sem ešte vrátime!|:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::|Stay in January 2025, maximum relax, quiet and comfort.|It is about 3 km to the city of Umag, a beautiful walk along the path next to the road.|The hotel, as one of the few open at this time, is in a quiet location with a private beach, a room with a sea view.|It is almost new, stylish and confortable furnished, with very kind and helpful staff.|The room was spacious, with very comfortable beds, we also had slippers and a bathrobe.|Breakfast, despite the few guests, rich, cold and hot buffet, there was a lot to choose from.|The hotel has its own parking, either an underground garage or an outdoor parking right next to the hotel.|Due to the date, we did not enjoy the beach and the sea very much, but the sea was beautifully clean, calm, pebble beach with a gradual entrance to the sea (but there were also places with cliffs and stones).|The hotel exceeded our expectations, we will definitely come back here!

Abbiamo soggiornato all’hotel Villa Rosetta per due notti a fine anno, eravamo di passaggio.|L’hotel è ristrutturato di recente con molto buon gusto. Si trova affacciato direttamente sul mare.|Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite.|La colazione a buffet abbondante.|Vorremmo tornare in alta stagione per poter godere di questo splendido mare

Un paradiso, sin dal primo contatto via mail ho avuto un'ottima impressione, infatti la gentilezza e la cordialità sono alla base di tutte le persone che gestiscono questo posto incantevole!! Struttura stupenda, tenuta benissimo con camere spaziose , pulite ben arredate e molto confortevoli, colazione perfetta servizio impeccabile e accoglienza familiare!! Svegliarsi con la vista di questo splendido mare ed essere accolta da persone gentili e piacevoli era tutto quello che desideravo. Posizione molto tranquilla adatta a chi vuole stare a contatto con la natura ma senza rinunciare al comfort che questa struttura è in grado di darti al 100% Grazie di cuore per averci donato giornate piacevolissime per la fine del 2024 ed un fantastico inizio 2025!
