Sehr schönes Hotel mit fantastischer Aussicht. Gutes, regional typisches Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick über den Fluss und die Altstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal (spricht gut deutsch und englisch). Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Villa Dvor är ett av två hotell i den lilla orten Omiš som omger mynningen av floden Cetina mellan de höga bergen. Hotellet är litet och familjärt med en mycket servicemedveten och vänlig personal oavsett de tillhör ägarfamiljen eller anställda och särskilt servitrisen "Yubi". Standarden är medelklassigt men känns rent och fint och faktiskt högre än de tre stjärnorna det har. Hotellet har en magisk utsikt oavsett håll och den mångårigt prisade restaurangen serverar ekologisk mat som lagas med naturliga råvaror och mycket kärlek. Halvpension kan rekommenderas och frukostbuffén är riklig och mångsidig.

Ein so schönes Hotel! Wunderbare Aussicht auf Meer und Fluss, tolles Essen und vor allem unglaublich freundliches, interessiertes und dennoch diskretes Personal. Habe mich selten so wohl gefühlt in einem Hotel. Mein schnuckeliges Zimmer hatte einen sehr besonderen Blick auf Fluss und Meer.

Sehr tolles Hotel, super freundliches Personal und auch eine grosse Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar und in 10min auch die nächstgelegenen Strände. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wohlgefühlt. Empfehlenswert: der Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Cetina und die Berge.

Découverte de la petite ville d'Omis, à 25 km de Split.|Nous avons séjourner 5 jours à l'hôtel Villa Dvor.|Hôtel de charme datant de 1937, rénové entièrement mais gardant son caractère.|Très belle chambre entourée de montagnes et donnant sur la mer|Très bon petit déjeuner et dîner pouvant être prix sur une grande terrasse avec vue qui vous coupe le souffle. Personnel essentiellement familiale, tous très très sympathique. Et cerise sur le gâteau, jacuzzi sur le toi

Nous avons quitté cet hôtel sur une très mauvaise note… le parking n était pas inclu dans le prix de la chambre, et l addition du dîner à l hôtel fut horriblement amer. En effet je n ai même pas pu finir mon plat tellement il était salé. C’est la première fois que je dois renvoyer une assiette comme cela. Une carte absolument excessive, 12 euros pour 3 morceaux de fromages en entrée sans pain. Régler 50 euros d addition pour ne meme pas avoir dîné… Bien que le personnel soit agréable, il aurait été apprécié d au moins proposer un geste. Je ne recommande pas, c’est dommage.

Une grosse déception – je ne reviendrai pas. L’hôtel est clairement vieillot, loin des photos flatteuses vues en ligne. Le personnel était respectueux , mais ça ne rattrape en rien la qualité déplorable de la nourriture : insipide, industrielle, limite immangeable pour un prix exorbitant. Et pour couronner le tout, le parking soi-disant gratuit s’est retrouvé facturé à la fin du séjour… Franchement déçu. À éviter.

Villa Dvor ist ein familiär und liebevoll geführtes Hotel mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Ort Omiš, den Fluss Cetina und das Meer. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt. Ein Highlight ist die Frühstücksveranda mit immer leichter angenehmer Brise und herrlichem Blick auf Omiš. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Hinweise zu Ausflugszielen etc. bekommen.

Hotel Villa Dvor has become our favorite hotel and this is the 4th time we have stayed here. Unique location, great view, good food and not at least a friendly staff. Omiš has a sandy beach within walking distance of the hotel and is not as crowded as other seaside resorts in the region. Highly recommended.

Deze geboekt via Impt.io. vaak goedkoper dan booking en je kan co2 compenseren Hele mooie locatie ; kamers klein en oud. Ga vooral in het restaurant eten mooi uitzicht en lekker eten. Strand op loop afstand ongeveer 10min. De lift is uniek bereikbaar via tunnel.

Incredible. That's how I would describe time I had spent in Omiš in this very attractive hotel. Omiš itself is very enjoyable but this hotel made my trip even more pleasurable. I would start from rooms whom were comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed hot tub as well. I was verry happy when I found out that breakfast is from 7-11 because that meant that it wouldn't be crowded and that I would be able to eat great food regardless of time I woke up. For example one day I went with some local's boat on Cetina erly (cc8) and the other one I went with my old lady out and we returned very late. Both times we had more then enough time to eat our food. Servers and cleaning ladys were very helpful and kind (people that worked at the reception helped us a lot as well). I would definitely recommend it.

Der Typ an der Rezeption vollkommen Herr der Lage. Lage herausragend... Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.. viel zu klein bzw alt. Pool aufm Dach 😃 , 155 Euro DZ, viel zu teuer... Kroatien 2025 ... 🙄

The hotel is in a perfect spot, and the view from our room was absolutely spectacular.||The staff is very nice and always helpful! ||A nice secret of the place is its basement level entry, a passage carved in the rock where the hotel stands. It remains naturally cool even in the hottest summer, providin a nice chilling suprise for anyone entering the hotel thru via the tunnel.

War bereits das 2 x dort und werde wohl immer wieder mal für ein paar Tage wiederkommen. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich, und die Lage ist exzellent. Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist von hoher Qualität. Allerdings gibt es nicht viele Wahlmöglichkeiten für Vegetarier.

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony. Widoki na obie strony - cudowne. Restauracja z tarasem na 3 piętrze, ze wspaniałym widokiem na Omiś i ujście Cetiny. Stół szwedzki, dobry, codziennie ten sam. Pokoje standardowe. Dwuosobowe z jednym krzesłem, ale wygodnymi łóżkami. Obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna. Na 4 piętrze jest wyjście na taras z bezpłatnym jacuzzi. Siedzieć w bąbelkach z widokiem na te góry.... Wspaniałe chwile. Wejście do hotelu albo prze wejście w skale i windą, albo starymi, kamiennymi schodami na 1 piętro z recepcja. Parking płatny 7 Euro/dobę. Klimatyczne - 3 E/dobę. Ogólnie - miejsce warte odwiedzenia! Jeśli nie hotel, to z tarasu restauracji świetna panorama miasta.
