I don't understand any review over 1-Star, because this place makes Motel 6 look like a viable option. The photos posted on Trip Advisor are as distorted as the past reviews. The area is totally ghetto with graffiti all over what look to be abandoned buildings around the hotel. When our cab pulled up to drop us off, you couldn't even see the entrance to the hotel and I thought he just brought us here to rob us. The hotel has no elevator, which tells you everything you need to know, and the "fit and finish" is below builder grade. The baseboards where simply carpeting glued up the wall, and the bed in our room had a 4-inch mattress/futon, sitting on a tiny pedestal, so you basically fell down into the bed. The shower was in major need of remodeling and was obviously leaking given the globs of white caulk along the corners and around the shower pan. Hard to believe the same company that owns this hotel owns the Palic Resort, which was an outstanding 5-Star experience, and the only reason we booked Passport. Luckily we were there just one night to catch an early flight the next morning, and couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Don't book. The customer service does not exist. Their free cancellation is a scam, even if you follow all their rules they will not honour their own terms and conditions. Try emailing with anything other than a booking and they will not reply. Avoid this place.

Z bivanjem smo bili zadovoljni. Sobe so bile čiste, osebje prijazno, samopostrežni zajtrk bogat in raznolik. Kar nas je zmotilo je bil jogi na postelji, ki je bil na sredini vdrt in si težko spal.

U kupaonici se osjetio miris silikona, tuš je curio na sve strane osim gdje treba. Iza kreveta puno prašine, čak i smeća od gostiju koji su boravili prije nas. Krevet poprilično nizak i neudoban. Doručak 2/5. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno!
