Bilo nam je odlično, sjajno mjesto za odmor i uživanje. Sve od sobe do hrane i plaže i bazena je bilo super, čisto i uredno, hrana raznovrsna i ukusna. Posebne pohvale timu animatora s kojima se naša dvogodišnja kćer odlično zabavila u svako doba dana. Sve pohvale

Je vous conseille cet hôtel si vous voulez du calme, c’est le seul hôtel à côté mis à part celui du petit village Slano à 10 minutes en voiture et 30 min à pied, l’hôtel possède une piscine d’eau de mer, une plage privative et pour les all inclusive, il y a un tennis, beach volleys, canoë, pédalo, le restaurant est bon, plat variés, chambres très propres

Pokoje duże czyste odnowione. Codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Kuchnią smaczna tylko mało regionalnych dań. Obsługa czy to w barach czy w recepcji dobrze rozumie po Polsku. Na plaży kajaki deska i rowerki w cenie oraz jest możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów

Bardzo dobry dojazd autem z lotniska w Dubrowniku, jak również fajna baza wypadowa na dalsze zwiedzanie okolicy. Plusem jest to, że jeśli wybierzemy główne drogi (uwaga na to co oferują mapy Google, bo czasami próbują prowadzić dość wymagającymi trasami), to dojazd, jak na chorwackie wybrzeże, jest dość łatwy. Sam hotel jest nowoczesny i zadbany. W pokojach hotelowych jest indywidualna klimatyzacja, którą można sterować samemu. Dodatkowo rolety w formie drzwi, które w stu procentach chronią przed Słońcem. Łóżka wygodne, dużo przestrzeni. Plus sejf oraz lodówka w cenie. Łazienka również bardzo przyzwoita. Co do poruszania się po hotelu, to do dyspozycji jest kilka wind oraz kilka pieszych ścieżek. Dwa bary wewnątrz oraz jeden przy basenie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, codziennie inne dania główne. Zarówno dorośli, jak i dzieci zawsze miały w czym przebierać. Miejsca w restauracji dość wystarczająco. Chyba, że trafi się na "szczyt", to wtedy chwilę na miejsce trzeba poczekać. Co do baru przy basenie, to jedzenie tam jest dostępne tylko przez kilka godzin popołudniowych. Plaża - kamienista, zadbana. Parasole oraz leżaki w cenie. Tak samo jak sprzęt do pływania (kajaki, rowerki ze zjeżdżalniami, deski SUP). Baseny dwa - jeden dla małych dzieci, drugi ogólny. Woda bardzo ciepła. Dodatkowo można też wypożyczyć za darmo rowery, skorzystać z boisk do siatkówki lub piłki nożnej, oraz placu zabaw. Plus również za czystość w hotelu (pokoje codziennie sprzątane, ręczniki na plaże wymieniane co drugi dzień, kąpielowe na życzenie). Jeśli chodzi o aktywności oferowane przez hotel (animacje), to są one różnorodne (karaoke, quizy, bingo, aerobik wodny, zajęcia sportowe) a prowadzący bardzo sympatyczni. Natomiast, jeśli ktoś nastawia się na dużą ilość alkoholu w drinkach w ofercie all-inclusive, to takie osoby muszę zmartwić. Ilość "procentów" jest znikoma, a niektóre napoje mało "pijalne".

Właśnie kończę urlop w tym hotelu. Piękne miejsce, czyste pokoje, dobre jedzenie. Niestety, ekspresy do kawy uruchamiają kiedy chcą i jak chcą, co powoduje strasznie długie kolejki po kawę. Obiad podawany jest od 12.00 do 14.00 a kolacja dopiero od 19.00. Masz ochotę na loda?- musisz zjeść go podczas obiadu bo tylko taka jest możliwość. Cały pobyt goście wynosili całymi talerzami jedzenie ze stołówki, ostatniego dnia gdy chciałam skorzystać z tej możliwości okazało się że nie można. Straszono nas, podaniem informacji do recepcji. Jedzenie należało wyrzucić, byle go nie zjeść.

We stayed 11 nights and had the most wonderful stay.|The view from our balcony was the best that we have ever had from any hotel we have ever stayed in! What a wonderful start to each day.|The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room cleaning staff did a brilliant job. Our room was spacious, comfortable and it was a bonus to have a fridge.|We enjoyed lots of the entertainment - during the day there was yoga, aqua-aerobics, volleyball, and in the evening there were quizzes, karaoke, live music, fire show, bingo. The entertainment staff were friendly and enthusiastic without being too pushy.|The restauarant staff did an amazing job of clearing plates, tables and re-laying tables quickly. They were friendly and worked ever so hard. The bar/pool bar staff were really friendly and polite and again, worked so hard and made everyone feel welcome.|The beach was beautiful, the water crystal clear and we enjoyed using the pedalas and kayaks.|The walk to Slano was delightful and took about 20 minutes along the coastal path. We also booked two boats trips that picked us up from the hotel pier. The first trip took us to Dubrovnik and it was well worth it for the view of the old town from the sea. Dubrovnik was extremely hot but would absolutely recommend a visit! The second boat trip was around the islands and included lunch, wine, water and a shot of the local spirit. They also took us to a beautiful swimming spot on the return journey. An incredible trip.|We would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you for a brilliant time!

Hotel isolé très calme, Slano petit village à 25min où se trouve quelques bars restaurants et une supérette pas de navettes pour s'y rendre dommage... Très bon accueil tout le long du séjour. À la réception il y a toujours une personne qui parle français. L'hôtel est très propre les équipes d'entretien tournent du matin jusqu'au soir pour nettoyer plusieurs fois par jour les parties communes et toilettes à aucun moment de mon séjour je les ai vu sales ! La restauration est pas mauvaise ça reste des choses simples mais bonnes par contre les boissons je n'ai pas trouvé mon bonheur. La plage est superbe est surveillée par le maître nageur qui fait son travail mais assez sévère mais bon c'est pour la sécurité et que les gens ne fassent pas n'importe quoi avec le matériel nautique . Les Pédalos et kayak sont un plus et surtout gratuit pendant 1h . Il y a aussi des vélos pratique pour se rendre au village voisin mais qu'une heure d'utilisation un peu cours ... L'hôtel est calme pas un bruit la nuit, les chambres style moderne sont climatisée, pas trop grosses mais ça va , les femmes de ménage passent tous les jours. Les animateurs sont sympa particulièrement Élise et Maxime les 2 français. L'hôtel se situe à environ 45min de l'aéroport et propose aussi des excursions, vous êtes pas très loin du Monténégro et de la Bosnie. Je ne regrette d'avoir choisi cet établissement.

I spent 11 nights at this hotel having travelled with Jet2 Holiday.|I have travelled extensively from Costa Rica and St Lucia in the west to India in the east and many of the hotels I have stayed in were all inclusive.|When I first arrived at this hotel the first thing I did when I arrived in my room was open the door to the balcony. I couldn't believe the view. It was unbelievable and I thought at first it was a picture. One of the best views from a hotel I have ever had. |Unfortunately it didn't stay like that as the second thing I noticed was a quite big yellow stain on the carpet. I am not sure if this was an iron burn or something more sinister but I chose not to stand on it. Other than that the room was fairly ordinary and kind if lacked any features. It was however kept very clean by the daily cleaners.|The hotel in general lacked a bit of personality with most ot being paited white. |Another thing that I found bizarre was what was classed as that lounge bar which was basically a large wide corridor which lead to the dining room. As a result it lacked atmosphere. |The pool bar was small with white plastic tables and chairs most of which were damaged and in fairly poor condition. |The area roundabout the pool also had a large selection of white plastic loungers so there was never a problem getting one although after lying on them for a short period they became uncomfortable. To be fair the hotel shop sold covers for them at €26 a pop.|Next the food. I thought it was fair good and well cooked even if it nit the best I have ever had. |Next the drinks and this was one of my biggest bug bears. I drink Bacardi/ white rum and nowadays virtually nothing else. My problem was that this place did not have any. Neither bacardi or cheaper white rum. I did try their dark rum but it tasted like someone had brewed it in a shed so I gave that a miss. As a result I was in bed most nights by 9.30. |At the start of this I said that I have travelled extensively and never before have I come across a hotel that didn't stock white rum even the cheap stuff. Surely, on holiday, I should get to drink what I want to drink and not what a hotel dictates.|Overall I think hotel is just a little bit scruffy but with a bit of investment could be upgraded instead of being down graded by Jet2. |I would also suggest a mini bus or similar to get people into Slano as I was told it was a 20 minute walk but in the heat it took me more like 40 or 45 minutes| Even if the hotel made a small charge for it it it cost me €10 for a taxi the first time then €15 the second time. Someone got their sums wrong !

Positives: - Allgemein schönes Hotel mit schönem kleinem Strand. - Schnorcheln kann sich lohnen, wenn man bisschen weiter raus schwimmt an der Küste entlang. - Sportliche Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten die auch vom Personal aktiv betätigt werden. - Gutes essen. - Angenehme Zimmer mit super Ausblick (Premium) - Tolles Putzpersonal Kritikpunkte: 1. Ausstattung und Zustand der Anlage Viele Sonnenschirme sind kaputt. Der Wasserhahn am Spülbecken lässt sich kaum bewegen. Das Duschgel ist kaputt und fällt ab. Die Sensoren an den Türen sind defekt, sodass die Klimaanlage auch läuft, wenn die Tür offen ist. Der Dusch-Wasserhahn ist falsch beschriftet bezüglich Kalt-/Warmwasser. 2. Verpflegung und Getränke Das Essen ist gut, aber immer das Gleiche. Es gibt nirgends eine Möglichkeit, Snacks wie Chips oder Kekse zu kaufen. 🤬 Kein Eis an der Bar. 🥵 An der Bar gibt es erst ab 16 Uhr etwas zu essen. Die Softdrinks kann man nicht trinken, die enthalten Maissirup. 🤢 Wasser gibt es nur an der Bar, wo man dafür bezahlen muss. 😡 3. Infrastruktur und Sicherheit Die Straßenbeleuchtung ist abends nicht immer vorhanden. 🫥 Der Gehweg zum Leuchtturm ist nur ein 30 cm breiter Pfad durchs Gestrüpp. 😶🌫

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, la vue depuis la chambre est splendide, la chambre est confortable mais ce qui m'a le plus impressionné, c'est la propreté et le sérieux et la gentillesse du personnel, les repas sont variés et bons bien sûr c'est un self, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un restaurant gastronomique mais franchement c'est très correct. Le point faible, c'est l'animation. C'est censé s'appeler Naya club mais moi je l'appellerai plutôt Nada club, ça fait quatre jours que je suis à l'hôtel mais je n'ai toujours pas vu un animateur. La musique, c'est du sirop de glucose, il n'y a pas d'ambiance 😱. Je ne regrette toutefois pas d'être venu, c'est un coin magnifique.

Schönes Hotel, schöner Urlaub. Traumhafter Ausblick (extra gebucht). Kayaks, Tretboote, Standuppaddling sind inklusive. All inklusive Verpflegung: Das Essen war wechselhaft und sehr lecker (unter anderem auch live kochen). Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, waren Cocktails :)
