Nem tengerparti. Körülményes, nehéz parkolni és a partra babakocsival lejutni. Személyzet nem túl kedves, segítőkész, kivéve a takarítókat. Gyerekbarát szállást kerestem, azonban csalódtam. 2 éves gyermekkel mentünk. Játéksziget másik szállodában volt, külön keresni kellett, 32 fok volt a játékoknál, víz nem volt kihelyezve sehol. Medencés tereket nem tudtuk használni. Kb 5-6 éves kortól lehet jó. Rengeteg a lépcső, szűk lift, babakocsival nagyon kellemetlen a közlekedés. A parton sehol nem volt gyerekeknek kialakítva pancsolós rész. Játszóteret találtunk a strandon, de nagyon sok gyerek volt. Maga a város szép, hangulatos.

Good value for price. Kind and polite personnel, huge and well equipped room. Pro: pool and wellness availability at other hotels, nice beach, night programmes and daily programmes almost every day. Contra: beside we were ordering drinks for dinner, we could not get a glass of tap water, as they serve only mineral water. All in all we liked it much.

The hotel is close to the beach, but it is not easy to find at first, as it is not directly next to the street, but the top building of a hotel complex. Tip: starting from the reception of Hotel Portoroz with a suitcase, you can reach it via several elevators and through a maze of corridors, but later it is easier to go up the hardly noticeable stairs next to Hotel Portoroz. The room was clean and a good size, and we were able to occupy it before the official check-in time. You have to check out at 11, which is also useful. There is a super wellness center in the complex. The sea spa sauna must be booked in advance for an extra fee. It is strange that the use of a bathrobe costs 6 euros.

Ár/érték arany jó. Ha Egy csillaggal több.... Látványos a különbség. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk. 5.....6 szálloda szinte egyben van. Közlekedni lehet a folyosókon közöttük. A wellness részeket is lehet mindenhol használni. Nagyonjó. Ajánlom. 😉❤️

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Badewanne mit Verglasung leider sehr undicht. Wir durften das in 3 Zimmer feststellen. Personal sehr bemüht. Tolle Lage

Parkolóhely csak limitált számban volt közvetlen a szálloda mellett, 1km-re lévő parkolási lehetőség van 12eur/nap..érkezésünk után 20 percet vártunk a tranzitra mire megérkezett, ezután még megvártunk további két vendég becsekkolását és felpakolását a szobákba. Az “1km-re” lévő parkolási lehetőség kb 2-3 km-re volt, porban, tűző napon hagyhattuk a kocsit.

Schöne Zimmer. Hotel ist in Ordnung, allerdings sollte man unbedingt wissen, dass das Hotel am Hügel oben liegt und man ziemlich viele Treppen zum Strand hinunter bzw rauf gehen muss! Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so besonders, zwar viel Auswahl aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht wirklich gut.

I wouldn't bother. If possible book somewhere else. It's on a hill...|Lots lots lots steps and like a maze to find pool in another hotel. Hard when it's 30C outside. Shower plastic wall nearly hangs out...|Breakfast is poor..coffee comes with sugar....orange juice is sugary squash |Hot food is cold|Pool is indoors mostly and smells....|If u want to go to beach it's extra £20 for 2 beds. Parking is also £12.. overall why would u? Think I would rather stay in Croatia next time

Die negativen Bewertungen kann man nicht verstehen. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und sauber. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das nicht aufgesetzt, man merkt, dass es ernst gemeint ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!
