The location was excellent just 200 meters away from harbor and old town. The room was very spacious with great view of sea and cruise ships. The bathroom was equally good. Though the lobby was little small but it was very well done. They had a small gym, sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub and spa at underground level. The breakfast was was very good served at lobby level restaurant. The best part of this beautiful boutique hotel beside location was their reception staff who were always ready to help the guests with smiling faces. Full value for money.

Avoid this hotel – not worth the price or the headache. We booked a 5-Day stay here based on positive reviews and were deeply disappointed. From day one, our room had fire ants, which we immediately reported. Despite multiple follow-ups, the hotel only offered a different room on the third day — well after we had already endured ant bites and discomfort. At that point, it was too little, too late. The property is poorly maintained and managed: Elevator safety is a serious issue: it dropped an entire floor while my partner was inside. Later that night, it stopped working altogether, forcing us to climb stairs at 4 AM after returning from an event. Shower was clogged for a full day, and we had to manually remove hair from the drain. The gym is extremely small and under-equipped, far below expectations for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was inedible, and there was little to no effective customer service. While a few staff members were polite and tried to help, the overall management was unresponsive and dismissive. We asked to speak with a manager multiple times and never received a call back. Despite reaching out through Expedia, Amex Travel, and Chase Travel, none of the booking agencies could reach the hotel because their phone system was conveniently down. We paid over $400 per night and were treated like an inconvenience, not guests. The hotel still refuses to issue any refund, claiming that an "upgrade" offered on the third day should have resolved everything — even after days of ant bites, broken facilities, and terrible service. As promised to both the property and ourselves, we’re leaving this review with deep disappointment. There are far better hotels in the same or even lower price range — do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Modern, sauber, zentral und persönlich! Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt praktisch direkt im Zentrum, was es ideal macht für alle, die das Nachtleben von Split genießen möchten und es schätzen, abends nicht weit ins Bett zu haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar nicht besonders groß, aber gut und ausreichend für den Start in den Tag. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war wohl Pulverkaffee, was sicher Geschmackssache ist, aber keinesfalls ein Makel darstellt. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Juri und Marko an der Rezeption, die uns mit tollen Tipps für Split versorgt haben. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Fairly basic but nice hotel in a great central location. Our room had a superking size bed but no space for anything else, also a good sized bathroom & a balcony easily big enough for 2 chairs with a good view of the port. Fridge, robes, safe & hairdryer provided. It’s small with only 30 rooms, staff were v nice. Breakfast is served in a small room with only 6-8 tables but we never had to wait for a table. Small buffet with limited options but all good (croissants, toast, scrambled egg & spicy sausages, fruit, fresh juice). Location is great - 5 mins walk to main bar/restaurant area & Palace, 10 mins to a beach, 15 mins to Port for ferries to islands. I’d say this hotel suits couples not children. Main downside for us was no outside space/terrace/seating of any kind.

Good position in relation to old town. Rooms basically pleasant, clean and comfortable. Very quiet. One double room had a balcony so small very difficult squeezing 2 people onto it, and only 1 chair provided initially.|Breakfast was OK but not wonderful. Grilled vegetables rock hard. Coffee from machine only warm.| Bar initially closed for work to AC, then only open to 5pm.|Tea and coffee making in room but lack of teabags and coffee. Kept having to pick them up at breakfast. Then they ran out of sachets of coffee. No creamer or milk provided.|They were having problems receiving their payment from Booking,com and tried 3 times to make us pay again! Payment had been made by credit card several weeks before and reservation confirmed. This should have been their problem not ours.|Would we stay again. NO.

Unfähiges Personal, dass sich lieber hinter dem Korpus versteckt und mit dem Handy spielt, als sich den Gästen anzunehmen. Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist zwar praktisch, aber sonst würde ich das Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig mehr aber auch nicht und werden gemäss dem Mitarbeiter auch nicht alle Tage gereinigt (policy des Hotels). Das Frühstück ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in denen wir auf unserer Rundreise waren, einfach nur kläglich und von einem guten Kaffee kann keine Rede sein. Wer spät kommt muss die Resten essen, denn nachgefüllt wird hier nicht.|Den Hotelparkplatz zu finden ist eine Herausforderung und ihn dann mit dem Auto durch die schmale Gasse zu erreichen eine wahre „Challange“. |Wir waren hier drei Mal: das Erste, das Einzige und das letzte Mal

Das Hotel liegt nah bei der Altstadt und das war schon alles, was an unserem Aufenthalt positiv war. Das ist niemals ein 4 Sterne Hotel! Das Personal ist desinteressiert und versteckt sich gerne hinter der hohen Empfangstheke. Man sieht sie nur wenn sie aufstehen und das passiert selten bis nie. Das Frühstück ist sehr spärlich. Der Kaffee vom Automaten knapp geniessbar. Als wir am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthalts um 16 Uhr in unser Zimmer zurückkehrten, war es nicht gereinigt. Als wir an der Rezeption nachfragten, hieß es, die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt. Toilettenpapier mussten wir verlangen. Im Badezimmer keine Kosmetiktücher und keine Bodylotion oder Ähnliches, was in anderen Hotels Standard ist, zur Verfügung.||Schon bei der Ankunft ein schräges Erlebnis: wir fanden das Hotel-Parking nicht auf Anhieb und parkten in einer Seitenstrasse, um unser Gepäck zu deponieren und schon mal einzuchecken. Der Herr am Empfang meinte, wir können unser Gepäck ja zum parken wieder ins Auto mitnehmen. Auf unser bitten durften wir es dann doch in der Lobby stehen lassen. In anderen Hotels wurde stets gefragt, ob sie das Gepäck nicht aufs Zimmer bringen und sie den Wagen für uns parken sollen. Unterirdischer Service.

Location was great. Outside the hubbub of the Riva and palace area, but just a 5 minute walk to both. Staff was courteous and consistently friendly and helpful. No pretense whatsoever. The ladies in the breakfast room should be especially commended. They do a great job. The lobby was comfortable and very clean, although the lobby AC was out while we were there. The gym facilities were clean, well equipped, and adequate. I might have used the spa, but you had to allow staff at least 30 minutes to get the sauna and hot tub ready. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, except it didn’t have a smart TV and there were no channels in English. The AC worked well. The room was refreshed daily. We stayed 5 nights and would liked to have stayed longer. I recommend this hotel for couples or individuals for cleanliness and location.

The hotel is fresh modern and well constructed and is in a great location just a short walk from the port and the old town. The rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. However the hotel has no character or ambience whatsoever and is a 3 not a 4 by our standards. The breakfast is woefully inadequate and once set out is never replenished so if they’re out of bread then there’s no bread available. The Reception team hide behind a huge desk which acts as a barrier. You can’t see them unless they stand up. We found them indifferent and unhelpful. We had an issue that we wanted to speak to the manager about but we were told this was not possible. We sent them an email but did not get a response.

Perfect location ie 5 minutes walk from either ferry port or old town. Rooms with sea view overlook the ferry port and are very quiet... rooms the other side will over look the busy road. The hotel decor is more blue and orange now and lots of velvet. Breakfast was adequate.... staff exceptional. The rooms are exceptionally clean, especially bathroom and it's all new so no tatty tired rooms. Just 2 negatives.. if you want tea / coffee and milk then you need to ask for them at breakfast. We did this every day.... but you shouldn't need to!. Also the TV in the room.... every language except English and this is not really acceptable as you usually get BBC or CNN news wherever you stay in the world if nothing else. I did ask at reception and they confirmed that none of the 50 channels are in English. I do like a cup of tea whilst I watch TV. Think the hotel should look at this. Only other thing was we were asked to pay for parking on check out when we did not have a car. it was sorted but just check your bill.

On reading the reviews now I also believe many of these are not real given our experience. Rooms where the AC doesn’t work. When we asked about it the response was we’ve had engineers out they can’t fix it so it does sometimes work but sometimes doesn’t! They gave us a fan but the rooms were uncomfortably warm and it’s not even summer temps yet! At breakfast the coffee machine wasn’t working and there was no one in the breakfast room so I went to reception and said the coffee machine has errored can you get someone to help the response was I don’t really know what to do about it. That was it! I said so you’re not going to try so I should just have breakfast without coffee and he just shrugged. I had to go up to my room to get coffee from there in the end as no one did anything about it. I also asked for some ice packs to be frozen so I could keep meds cold and they said they couldn’t do it because the kitchen was closed. I asked maybe they could do it when the kitchen was open in the morning so he took them but then on check out the chap didn’t know anything about where they were! Honestly a perfectly situated hotel and the staff are super friendly but completely ineffectual!! Poor service, AC that has not worked for years as it turns out, a poor experience in all and worst by far in Croatia!

This hotel has a great location … that’s my only positive! Rooms are hot and stuffy, the AC didn’t work for our entire stay. Breakfast area is too small to accommodate many guests. And every member of staff I had to deal was friendly but useless.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel...it is in an excellent location with gorgeous views but the staff are not interested and lots of things don't work. Our Aircon was broken as was the safe. We reported both on our first day (we were there for a week) and neither was fixed.||The staff do not acknowledge you when you walk past the reception desk...the jacuzzi was broken...breakfast was ok but quite limited and not restocked well. There is no bar despite it saying so on the website and there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The "minibar" consisted of an old empty fridge.||If the cleaners came to your room while you were there they did not return so your room was not cleaned. We had to ask twice for more toilet paper and on the last night we resorted to using tissues (which we had to buy as there were none in the room) as we had run out.||We have stayed in a few hotels and this really was ok and the location was brilliant...but it is NOT 4 star and they really could do with some more of the finishing touches so you feel looked after.||I will say it has been refurbished and had only just reopened when we stayed so perhaps will improve in time.

Just came back from a 2 day break in Split staying at the Hotel Luxe. Went to celebrate my partners 50th birthday. I had made previous arrangements to have a little birthday surprise placed in our room on our arrival. From start to finish the staff made every effort to make sure it was special. It truly was! ||For going above and beyond for their guests special mentions must go out to the wonderful Yurii and Olga (reception staff) for honouring our requests. They are a true asset to the hotel. Always polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean, comfortable and furnished to a high standard, so credit to the housekeeping staff also. ||Cannot recommend this hotel enough as it is ideally situated ( within a few minutes walk of the old town and harbour). An absolutely gem of a hotel!!!!! 👍🏻😃.

Hôtel très proche de la vieille ville de Split (à peine 7 8 minutes à pied). C'est bien agencé et la vue est belle. Plusieurs catégories de chambre avec balcon, vue mer etc. La salle de bain est spacieuse et agréable. La literie est tres bonne. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec une proposition de sucré et salé et des spécialités. Un parking avec quelques places est à quelques mètres de l'hôtel.
