Нисам боравио у хотелу, него сам имао резервацију коју сам морао у задњи час да откажем. Уважили су ми бесплатно отказивање, иако су имали право да узму читав износ. Овакав однос према клијенту заслужује сваку похвалу, и сљедећи пут када буде прилика, дефинитвно ћу овдје да боравим.

We had a fantastic stay at Lora Hotel in Belgrade! The location is excellent – there’s a lovely coffee place just across the road and several great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a family apartment, and it was absolutely amazing – modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a big plus for us, and we all slept so well during our stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Belgrade!

What can I say? This hotel was AMAZING in all aspects...upon arriving we were given a welcome rakija by Stefan then upon checking in we were given free upgrades at no extra cost. Room was amazing, super spacious and felt more like an apartment. Bed very comfortable, shower had good water pressure, tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with a fridge (found this really useful as it's a warm summer in Belgrade). All the hotel staff were polite friendly and couldn't do enough for us - the morning after a Balkan wedding, Stefan prepared us traditional Serbian coffee to help with the hangover 😁 Hotel is located in Zemun and a bit quieter than the hustle and bustle of central Belgrade - everything about the hotel was perfect and will definitely stay here again if I was to return to Belgrade!

We were looking for the closest hotel to the airport, everything we found in Surcin area was not good. So we came across this hotel and this is the second time we booked a family room here. I have no words to describe how welcoming they were every time. Starting from the staff at the lobby, following by others who took care of the room, it felt like home! Whatever you need/request, you will get! The breakfast is great, the rooms are super clean (and modern!) and it takes you only 20 minutes by car to Nikola Tesla airport. You can also book a transfer from the hotel through them. The last time we forgot to pay the mini-bar and they didn't want to charge us. Where will you find this? :) We will always stay in this hotel from now on. 10/10!!!
