The staff at the hotel were wonderful. From the front desk to the breakfast attendants were helpful and kind at all times. ||The room was large by European standards and accommodated three adults and one teen. There were two single beds in one room and a separate bedroom with a king size bed. These room were separated by a “Jack and Jill” bathroom. ||The location was fantastic near all the important sights, yet it felt private. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and delicious recommendations from the hotel staff. ||The only minor complaint was the breakfast options. It was the same food each day with no variation. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

Un copieux déjeuner de style buffet est servit le matin sur une terrasse incroyable. |Le personnel est très professionnel et courtois .

The hotel cancelled our reservation 1.5 weeks before our trip so we had to scramble. They claimed it was a credit card issue, however the same card worked for other hotels, including the new hotel.

This hotel was a little oasis from the noise and congestion of the city. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was outstanding, and the quiet outdoor area was a great place to relax with a coffee or a beer.

Das sehr zentral gelegene Hotel (10Min. Vom Bahnhof) mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich. ||Der Innenhof lädt zu einer gemütlichen Erholung bei einem Kaffee oder Schlummerdrunk ein und dahinter erreicht man über eine lange Treppe den Hügel rauf das Tourismusbüro im Aussichtsturm.

Cela aurait pu être trés bien mais le petit dejeunee ne va pas du tout ! Entre 2 clients, les tables du petit dejeuner sont juste débarrées, aucun nettoyage, j'ai secoué moi même le chemin de table avant de m'installer ! Produits de qualité tres moyenne : jus d'orange coupé avec de l'eau, confitures industrielles bas de gamme dans des mini barquettes en plastiques, etc.. Pour le reste, hotel tres bien situé, au coeur du vieux zagreb, tout en étant tres calme car au fond d'une impasse. Bar/salon de the au fon de l'impasse sur une tres belle terrasse ombragée. Hotel de charme, ancien et un peu de desuet mais qui reste agreable.
