Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Отель находится не центре, но рядом на соседней улице есть трамвайная остановка, откуда минут за 10 можно попасть в центр.

Honestly such a great hotel for the price. The buffet breakfast was so tasty and fresh and the staff's service was amazing, they always had heaps of people ready to assist. The gym is FANTASTIC and they even have a washing/dryer room for 10 euros. The rooms aren't overly soundproof but they are large and very comfy. The location isn't super central either but it's an easy walk to the tram line and very cheap to get into town. We loved this hotel and would come back anytime we visit Zagreb!

My last stay was not that satisfactory as before. 3 Euro for a water on the room which should be a welcome set, a chicken soup without any chicken pieces and could be more customer oriented at the reception desk

Service, Personal, Zimmer und die Nar- Restaurantumgebung war einwandfrei. Es ist alles gepflegt und sieht säuberlich aus. Das Bett fand ich besonders gut und toll. Es war alles so flauschig und man fühlte sich wie in einer Wolke.

物美價廉，房間許多恰到好處的設計，很懂旅館經營的業者。本來只是詢問可否先寄放行李，卻讓我們提早入住，很有人性。比我前一晚在盧比安納住的五星級旅館好，價錢卻只有一半。
