VIP 라운지 분위기는 무난했으나 음식 종류는 제한적이었음 맛은 괜찮았으나, 해피아워 시간이 너무 짧아 아쉬움 2. 사우나 시설 전반적으로 청결 관리가 부족 스팀, 사우나, 미지근한 소형 탕만 제공되어 구성 아쉬움 부스 수 부족 및 시설 확충 필요 직원의 초기 응대는 친절했으나, 이후 전반적인 관리 부족 3. 객실 객실은 청결했고 침대는 편안했음 욕실 수압이 약했고, 드라이기 콘센트 위치가 비효율적 드라이기는 옷장이 아닌 세면대 하단 등 접근성 좋은 위치로 변경 필요 구두 주걱 미비치, 냉장고는 작고 판매용 음료로 가득 차 있음 기본 제공 생수 넣을 공간조차 없어 물건 배치와 동선 재구성 필요 4. 주차 요금 투숙객 차량에 별도 요금 부과는 매우 불쾌하고 비호감 요소 5. 직원 서비스 직원들의 전반적인 서비스는 매뉴얼적이며 미소가 부족 글로벌 체인 힐튼 브랜드로서 기대에 못 미치는 부분이 많음

Hilton Belgrade is an eastern European GEM. Stunningly beautiful. Modern. Sleek. Immaculate. Phenomenal staff. The moment you approach this hotel, you are greeted by courteous, professional, and friendly doormen. As you enter, you are welcomed by the most amazing staff. They make it their mission to accommodate you and make you feel like a VIP. The rooms are beautifully designed and the beds are some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. In fact, my husband and I ordered the “Hilton bed” as soon as we returned home to the United States. The restaurant options in the hotel are some of the best in Belgrade, but I’ll discuss the restaurants in a different review. 😉 A lovely surprise was outside the second floor - an ice skating rink! We had such fun at the rink in our spare time and warmed up by visiting the Executive Lounge for hot tea, hot chocolate, coffee, and delicious snacks. Hilton Belgrade is truly special and we will be planning another stay the next time we are in Serbia. We will never forget the staff’s hospitality and how they made my husband’s birthday extra special by accommodating a request I made. It involved balloons, cake, a card, and a romantic table setup for the two of us. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. LOVE would be the best word. ♥️

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Belgrade! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Although we initially considered more affordable options in the area, we're glad we decided to stay here, it was well worth the extra cost, especially as loyal Hilton members. We were able to take full advantage of our membership benefits, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The executive lounge was a great bonus, offering a nice selection of snacks and even some light meal options. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily return!

3 gece kadar konakladık. Odalar çok modern dekore edilmişti. Temiz bir oteldi ve personeller çok saygılı ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı dahil ödeme yapmıştık, ancak kahvaltısı pek zengin değildi kısıtlı bir içeriğe sahip her gün aynı ürünler çıkıyor gibi tek eksik kahvaltı çeşitliliği diyebilirim.

Hilton Belgrade has an excerllent service by the teams of restraunt, executive lounge and Front desk/Conciege. The room and the public areas are very clean. The location is nice. The extra service for VIP memebers have been arranged as well. If the offer for BF and Happy Hous for VIPs can be extended and swimming pool will be available, then the Hilton Hotel will be one of the top hotels in Europe...

My stay at the Hilton Hotel Belgrade was simply sensational – from the very first moment, I felt genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and always there with a smile. The service was truly top-notch and left nothing to be desired.||I was especially impressed by how flexible and professional the team handled spontaneous requests: a colleague of mine arrived on short notice, and within minutes, a room was arranged – efficiently, smoothly, and with genuine hospitality.||The culinary experience was equally outstanding. The food was fresh, varied, and full of flavour – truly high quality.||All in all, an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for first-class accommodation in Belgrade, this is the place to be. I will definitely be coming back!

We came from Dubrovnik, at late hours and wanted to eat something very good and we saw that the Two Kings restaurant from the ground floor was open. Igor, wich is by far our favorite guy from Belgrad invited us and the dinner was a beast. Exceptional service, food and management! 7 stars
