We stayed July 15&16, 2025. This is a dreamy hotel with a beautiful location directly across from the sea with a private beach area for hotel guests where you can rent 2 sun beds and an umbrella at the front desk. The hotel is an historical beauty and beautifully restored and updated. The restaurant served delicious offerings. The service was impeccable. I didn’t want to leave❤️

Nasa prvobitna rezervacija bila je u Bluesun Hotelu Afrodita, medjutim po dolasku u hotel nastali su problemi prilikom check-ina gdje je receno da je rezervacija sa Booking.com stornirana. Nakon sto sam pokazao da je ocigledno da nije stornirana i da se vodi kao normalna rezervacija na aplikaciji, Hotel Afrodita je prilicno brzo, za nekih 10 minuta nasao rjesenje-Hotel Kastelet. Samo saopstenje promjene naseg boravka nije bilo optimalno, s obzirom da smo se osjecali izbacenim iz hotela i prilicno zbunjeni sta se uopste desilo. Rjesenje je na kraju ipak bilo bolje nego prvobitna rezervacija s obzirom da smo odsjeli u prelijepom malom hotelu na samoj plazi, Heritage Hotel Kastelet. Za to se moramo zahvaliti gospodji Havi koja nas je docekala na recepciji hotela, maksimalno ljubazno objasnila situaciju, pokazala sobe te uvjerila da je rjesenje definitivno bolje nego sto je to prikazano 5 minuta ranije na recepciji Afrodite. Gospodja Hava je bila tokom naseg sestodnevnog boravka konstantno na usluzi i pomogla je kad god su pomoc i usluga bili potrebni. Jos jednom hvala na tome. Ovim putem bih htio spomenuti i mladog recepcionistu Marka koji je takodjer od prvog dana bio maksimalno ljubazan, nasmijan te je nastojao pomoci kad god je bilo potrebno. Sobe su bile u savrsenom stanju te je sam hotel apsolutno za preporuciti. Ovim putem saljem pozdrav za tim Hotela Kastelet i hvala na omogucenom lijepom vremenu provedenom tu.

Hotel je veoma miran i cist.Sve je bilo izvrsno. Posebna pohvala je za djevojku sa recepcije Havu.Iznimno ljubazna, profesionalna i susretljiva. Od prvog dana do kraja naseg boravka u hotelu obiljezila svojom vedrinon i ostavila izuzetno pozitivan utisak. Romantisch, stillvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist gehoben und nicht typisch für das Gebiet. Ein schöner Strand in absoluter Nähe rundet das ganze ab.

Boravak u restoranu Hotela Kaštelet bio je istinski poseban doživljaj. Smješteni u čarobnom atriju hotela, uživali smo u mirnoj atmosferi, vrhunskoj usluzi i odličnoj hrani. Posebno zahvaljujemo ljubaznoj gospođi na recepciji koja nas je uputila na ovo predivno mjesto – njezina preporuka pretvorila je naš dan u nezaboravno iskustvo. Topla preporuka svima koji traže mir, eleganciju i autentičan mediteranski ugođaj. Pravi mali raj na zemlji!

Amazing experience at the Hotel Kastelet! The place is stunning and has been refurbished to a high standard. We were lucky enough to have an upgrade to a suite which was beautiful! The restaurant was excellent and the staff there are very attentive - shout out to Matko (amazing knowledge of Croatian wine) and Dianne (sorry if I've misspelt that) - all staff were amazing and would like to thank all of them for making our holiday such a special one. No swimming pool but you are able to use the sister hotel's pool next door - we actually loved the sea so much that we didn't but the option is there. Tucepi itself is lovely, the hotel was positioned 10 mins walk from the centre but there was lots to do nearby and in the centre itself. We will definitely be back to stay at Hotel Kastelet!

Iako ove godine nismo ljetovali u hotelu Kaštelet, imali smo priliku obići ga i ostali smo oduševljeni! Hotel nas je privukao svojom ljepotom i lokacijom uz more, a još veći dojam ostavila je recepcionarka koja nas je srdačno primila i pokazala hotel s velikom ljubaznošću i strpljenjem. Već na temelju tog kratkog posjeta osjećali smo se dobrodošlo, što puno govori o razini usluge i profesionalnosti. Unutrašnjost hotela izgleda uredno, elegantno i ugodno – sve što bismo poželjeli za pravi odmor. Zahvaljujući tom doživljaju, već znamo gdje ćemo ljetovati sljedeće godine – hotel Kaštelet!

Highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant. Among all other amenities the manager and its staff also allowed us to have a special event as proposal here. They were extremely generous, helpful and open about it. They did amazing work with the setup as well. The location is wonderful. 10/10
