My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful two-day stay at Hotel Valeria Galleria in Split, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Our room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort after a day of exploring. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. While there was a minor hiccup with the card reader and a request for upfront payment (which was quickly resolved as we preferred to pay later), it didn't detract from our overall positive impression. Everyone was very accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect – just a five-minute walk to the historical city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore all of Split's charm. We highly recommend Hotel Valeria Galleria to anyone visiting Split. It's a fantastic choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This hotel is neither a 4-star hotel nor a "Quaint & Elegant Boutique Hotel" as advertised and promoted. It's not even a 3-star hotel! The hotel's pictures and location on its website are misleading. The service is corrupt, the receptionists are arrogant and unfriendly, the rooms and services, WiFi, breakfast, amenities are all inadequate and misleading. The hotel cannot be rated as a 4-star hotel. I have pictures and recordings to demonstrate my complaints.

Ми заплатили за номер з видом на море, а дістали номер з видом на пішохідну вулицю, під вікном стоїть банкомат, який гуде і заважає відпочивати навіть з зачиненим вікном. Вид з балкону жахливий. В номері не було халату, тапочек, води, міні бару, і тд. Номер не зручний для людей з обмеженими можливостями. Кондиціонер працював дуже гучно. Неможливо заснути через постійний гул на вулиці. Сніданок був жахливим. Единий плюс це розташування. Не рекомендуємо їхати з дітьми. Ціна зависока для такого готелю !!! Ми заплатили за то, чого не було! Не рекомендуємо (((

We were forced to pay at check/in which doesn’t make sense. The reception lady has the poker face haha I hope she can find her phone instead of accusing their customers who might take it. Excuse me??? Lol, I’m speechless and this is so funny. Never experience it before in Europe. Won’t recommend.

It was a great experience; it's a wonderful hotel. It has wonderful views and is very clean. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, as is the bathroom. But the best thing, without a doubt, is the service I received. In my case, it was Bianca who handled my reception, and I'm so happy with the service that when I return to Split, I will definitely stay at this hotel, and this is thanks to her. ||I will recommend it to my friends and family. ||Thank you so much for being so professional. Hotel Galeria Valeria was the perfect choice for our stay in Split. The location is ideal—steps from the waterfront and Old Town. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop terrace with sea views was a lovely bonus. Would absolutely return!

Acceuil déplorable.Services médiocres avec mini- bar vide , pas de bouteille d'eau minérale .Chambre avec " vue mer " sur trottoir ( voir photo ) .Petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne .Linge de toilette éliminé.|A plus de 300 euros la nuit pour un 4 étoiles ,nous avons regretté notre choix !

Nous venons de passer une semaine |Nous avions une chambre deluxe, propreté rien à redire |Mais par contre en voyant les photos sur le site , on s attend pas à avoir une route entre deux, donc très bruyante le soir|Voir photos |Hotel bien placé, 3 restaurants juste en sortant de la chambre et vu sur le port|Petit déjeuner simple mais pour nous suffisant et le mieux c'est de prendre un plateau et monter sur la terrasse qui se trouve au quatrième étage du bâtiment principal 👍|
