Zukünftig werde ich nur noch in dieses Hotel gehen in Belgrad. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entspannt. Ich habe die Penthouse Suite genommen und bin sprachlos. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist tadellos die Badewanne vor dem Fenster ist das Higlight, man kann die Rolladen runterstellen und entspannen. Es sind auch spiegel an den Wänden und Decken was sich perfekt für Paare anbietet. Die Klimanlage ist einfach zu bedienen und die Dusche und das Bad im allgemeinen sind wirklich sehr hochwertig. Der Balkon ist für Raucher ein muss und bietet genügend Platz und eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. Es gibt einen Lift. Main Fazit ist, es ist für mich das beste Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Wenn man einen Platz bekommt dann sollte man hier buchen ich war in vielen Hotels hier in der Gegend aber das ist wirklich was anderes.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage und durch außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit – sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den allgemeinen Bereichen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Personal, allen voran der Manager, der sich – wie er selbst sagte – um „Krisensituationen“ kümmert. Nachdem ich bemerkt hatte, dass meine Armbanduhr fehlte, wandte ich mich an das Hotel mit der Frage, ob eventuell etwas gefunden worden sei. Die Reaktion erfolgte prompt: Man versprach, der Sache nachzugehen. Nach zwei bis drei Tagen erhielt ich die erfreuliche Nachricht, dass meine Uhr gefunden wurde. Ich war äußerst positiv überrascht von der Hilfsbereitschaft und dem Engagement des Teams. Ich kann dieses wunderbare Hotel daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

There is a club in the same building as this hotel that blasts music all night. Although several floors away, I could hear and feel the pulsing beat of the music all night long. It finally stopped at 6:45 a.m. I got no sleep despite trying two different types of earplugs and white noise. When I reported the problem to the front desk the next morning, the staff member admitted that the hotel had reported the issue to the city but nothing had been done. I told the front desk staff I would be checking out a day early and booking elsewhere. The manager of the hotel informed me that I would not receive a refund because my booking was non-refundable.

Pulsing dance music from the club in the building lasted until 6:45 a.m. I got no sleep despite trying 2 different types of earplugs and white noise. When I informed the front desk, I was told it was a known issue and the hotel had made a report to the city. I checked out a day early as the noise situation made the room inhabitable. My request to receive a refund for the night I did not spend in the hotel was declined by the manager who said the booking was non-refundable.

This accommodation has the same front desk as Luka de Luka Suites, and I had a nightmare experience from the same front desk, so please don't lie. There is a nightclub downstairs called Club Echelon. It was noisy from 11pm to 4am and we couldn't sleep at all. But there was no reminder on the booking page. The accommodation deliberately concealed the facts and made us make a bad choice. The staff of the accommodation is totally unprofessional and can refuse anyone to check in even though they have a reservation. They lied that I didn't check in, but they refused me twice, and finally I was allowed to check in under the pressure of the platform. They also asked me to write "no more complaints" on a copy of my passport. Promise me, please don't stay here, because you will never imagine what bad things will happen next!

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING – Unsafe and Aggressive Experience I booked Eden Garden Suites after finding that Eden Luxury Suites was fully booked. After making the reservation, I messaged the hotel with our expected arrival time. I was told that if we arrived after 21:30, check-in would take place at the Eden Luxury Suites branch nearby—a short walk away. When we arrived, the elevator was broken, and someone was trapped inside, yelling for help. The building houses a nightclub, and the entrance involved walking through several dark, poorly lit floors with broken lights before reaching the guest area, which was better decorated. At the reception, one guest was already waiting, and no staff was present. After a few minutes, a receptionist finally arrived—but instead of assisting us, he began berating us, claiming that we were responsible for the person stuck in the elevator. This went on for 45 minutes, during which we were insulted, blamed, and denied check-in. He told us we were “late,” even though we had followed the instructions provided. He also claimed to have cancer and diabetes, and said we were causing him harm by not wanting to return the next day to apologize to the woman trapped in the elevator. He even threatened to report us to the tourism ministry for being "difficult guests." Eventually, he handed over the keys—but demanded payment in cash and refused to allow us to pay in the morning, even though it was 1:30 AM. The aggression escalated to the point that I felt genuinely unsafe and started recording the interaction, but he noticed and forced me to delete the videos. We decided to leave immediately and stay elsewhere. As we were exiting, he followed us, saying “there are drunk people outside, you can stay,” and reached for my luggage—possibly to help, but by then I was well past the point of tolerating any more behavior. We crossed the road and checked into the first hotel that looked safe and normal. This was one of the most bizarre and disturbing experiences I've ever had while traveling. Do not recommend.

我在这里遭受了非人的待遇，酒店工作人员对我们进行谩骂侮辱，可能只是因为我们是亚洲人。酒店拒不认错，还要强调他们的平等待人的价值观，酒店说一套做一套，这令人感到十分恶心。我会一直发声，直到他们对我们进行道歉和赔偿。我会在中国主流的社交媒体上分享这一糟糕的经历，让更多的中国人亚洲人抵制这家酒店！

很差！很差！很差！楼下是迪厅很吵闹，没有地方停车，收费停车场2000第纳尔一晚。工作人员歧视亚洲人，没有好脸色。一点点惹他们不满意就要把亚洲人赶出去！从来没有遇到过这样的事情！

הזמנתי סוויטה דרך אתר Agoda, וכשהגענו למלון קיבלנו חדר קטן, צפוף, מחניק ובלי אוויר – שום קשר למה שהוזמן. פניתי מיד לצוות המלון והבהרתי להם שזה לא החדר ששילמתי עליו, אבל הם התעלמו והגיבו בזלזול. ניסיתי לבקש שדרוג – גם זה סורב. אם זה לא מספיק, ביום האחרון של השהות שלנו – חזרנו מהמרכז וגילינו עכבר מת בתוך החדר שלנו, בקומה 6. צילמתי את זה כמובן. כשדיווחתי על זה בקבלה, העובד התקשר למנהל ואמר לו (ככה, מולנו): “הישראלים האלה מתלוננים שיש להם עכשיו עכבר מת בחדר”. המנהל פשוט צחק מהצד השני של הקו. זה היה שפל חסר כבוד, לא אנושי, ומבזה. שירות מזעזע, חדר שלא תואם להזמנה, והיגיינה ברמה מסוכנת. אני בשוק שזה נקרא “מלון יוקרה”. אל תתקרבו למקום הזה. * יש גם סרטון של הבחור עם החולצה האפורה שמתקרב אליי ומאיים עליי למחוק את התמונות

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum! Eski bir binanın üst katında bir hotel ve küçük kirli odalar. Oda temizliği istememize ragmen aynı yorgan yastık değiştirilmeden düzeltilmiş. Konumu cok guzel fakat aldıkları ücrete asla değmez. Yastık ve yatagın kötü olmasından heryerimiz agrıdı. Sadece personelin güler yüzü güzeldi..

We booked Eden Luxury Suites for 2 nights for our short first-time trip to Belgrade. The location is very handy as it's right in the city centre, but this is where the positives end.||||The hotel is on the 6th, 7th and 8th floor of the building. The 1st floor of the building is a nightclub. The entrance to the building, as well as the elevator, were dirty with exposed wiring. ||||The receptionist was definitely not too enthusiastic while checking us in - which we gladly ignored as we figured everyone's entitled to a bad day. On our way to our room, we noticed broken glass and shattered windows on the staircase leading to the room, as well as exposed wiring sticking from the ceiling. ||||When we entered the room we immediately noticed several things about it:||1) The walls in the room were dirty (as if someone rubbed their shoes off of them)||2) The bed had white sheets with black curly hairs on the duvet, as well as on the sheet below the duvet. The pillowcases had black mascara stains on them. ||3) The windows felt like they were falling apart - the wood around them seemed very loose.||4) There was a presence of black mould on the wood between the bathroom and the bedroom. The wood was rotting as well.||5) There was a dried up contact lens on the nightstand next to the bed.||6) The towels were thin and ripped. ||||We took pictures and went back to the receptionist, Aleksej. What followed was the most uncomfortable discussion we ever had with anyone.||||When we voiced our complaints and asked if they had another room or if they could send someone to change the bedsheets (or give us bedsheets to change them ourselves), we were told that all cleaners leave by 15:00 and that, if we didn't like it, we could leave but they would not be refunding us the first night's stay. When we confirmed we'd want to stay, we asked if we could be given any cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves when the avalanche of passive aggressive and patronizing comments started. We were told we were disrespecting the country we came to visit and that our requests were absurd, as well as several misogynistic remarks where he asked my girlfriend not to be hysterical while directing most of his communication to me. Mr. Aleksej threatened to publish our interaction with him seeing as the entire conversation was recorded by the camera at the reception - which we encouraged. ||||Seeing as we're from Croatia, the comment that gave away the motives behind the passive aggressiveness was when Mr. Aleksej said "If I weren't born in Dubrovnik you'd remember me for the rest of your lives." Following this, we realized that our requests and complaints weren't the issue at all. ||||After Mr. Aleksej made these comments, we decided that this establishment was not safe for us. He then told us he'd give us a full refund if we deleted the pictures we took and threatened to sue us if we ever left a negative review or posted those pictures anywhere. Please find them attached as part of this review.||||Would not recommend to visit Eden Luxury Suites unless you want to be treated horribly!

Berbat bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Kesinlikle önermiyorum. Otel bir binanın 6. Katında, girişte kesinlikle güvensiz bir asansörle çıktık ve ilk dakikadan asansörde kaldık. Asansör o kadar tehlikeliydi ki her bindiğimizde kalmaktan korktuk. Kata girdiğinizde hiçbir güvenlik yok, direkt odalara ulaşım sağlanabiliyor??!! Oda fotoğraflardakinden çok daha küçüktü açıkçası zor hareket ediliyor içeride o kadar. Oda inanılmaz kirliydi çarşaflar bile kirliydi. Üç dört kat altta gece club olduğu için sabaha kadar sesten uyuyamadık.
