Hotel Damiani in Croatia tries to live up to its five-star reputation, but the only truly five-star element was Vukasin, who was exceptionally professional and kind throughout our stay. We really appreciated the atmosphere and the overall look of the place, but the organization was a mess. For example, at 11:10 we were told breakfast had already closed at 11:00, leaving us without even a coffee — quite surprising for a supposed five-star hotel. Despite booking a suite, we were asked to check out strictly by 11:00 am, without even a courtesy extension. A suite in a luxury hotel should, at minimum, allow check-out by noon. Overall, thank you to Vukasin, who truly deserves the five stars, but the hotel management should definitely work on their service standards.

Jednom riječju – savršenstvo! U restoranu Damiiano isprobala sam jela s novog menija i doživjela pravu kulinarsku eksploziju okusa. Sexy pasta je gastronomski hit – savršeno izbalansirani okusi, mirisi i prezentacija na visokoj razini. Tiramisu za kraj – desertna perfekcija! Ambijent je sofisticiran, osoblje profesionalno, a terasa s pogledom na bazen dodatno podiže cijelo iskustvo. Topla preporuka!

I stayed for over 2 months in the Damianii hotel and was very satisfied. A 5-star family hotel in a splendid location, comfortable and clean. I thank all the staff for the splendid service and for the kindness shown, in particular Josipa, Antonela, Nikola, Tommy. A special compliment to chef Domagoj for his splendid and tasty dishes and his surprise side dishes. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, hoping to have time to return. regards Stefano
