We visited Island Iz for the day but decided to change our return ferry to Zadar. Whilst the booking was made online the return was made at Jadrolinja office at a ferry port. Easy. ||Casa Segota is spotlessly clean. Has its own website with copious info including its history going back to 1963. ||There are 7 rooms all charming. The bathrooms are contempory. There is use of a shared kitchen and a lounge. Veli Iz is dominated by a dock full of yatchs and boats. The Casa is 3 minutes walk from the centre of town with good private parking. Visitors should be aware that there is a car ferry port served from the cruise port in Zadar and 2 pedestrian ports for foot passengers served from Zadar Old Town. Veli Iz is where most of the restos and cafes are. There are limited shops. Casa Iz seems to be one of the few alternatives to an 80 room Eco resort
