Ich war mit allem zufrieden. Es hat seine 4* total verdient und ist an Gastfreundlichkeit und Service kaum zu übertreffen. Unser Meerblick war wunderschön und das Frühstück liebevoll und gute Qualität. Einzig organgensaft und Spiegeleier fehlen mMn, ist aber in Slowenien und Kroatien leider oft so.

Great hotel to stay at, from our first phone call to arrange pickup to being dropped back to our car we couldn't ask for more. The pool is a great place to relax and enjoy. Rooms are large and comfortable everything you'll need

Perfect location next to the sea and old town. Perfect sunset views. V comfy beds and spacious room. Parking is offsite and cheap at 10euro a day and free transfer whenever. I think rooms have been renovated since website photos. Pic of our room attached for reference.

Beautiful small and quiet hotel. Nothing g too much trouble for the staff. Great breakfast with wide range of choices. Plenty of space around the pool each day with nice sunbeds. Ideally placed to discover all beautiful Porec has.

Hotelpersonal grundsätzlich sehr freundlich. Leider ist das Management des Hotels sehr fragwürdig. Wir haben einen Radhelm im Zimmer vergessen. Das Management möchte 20, dann sogar 40€ "Bearbeitungsgebühr" PLUS Portospesen (nicht genauer definiert!) für die Rücksendung haben. Für ein 4* Hotel der gehobenen Klasse mit Zimmerpreisen um die 200€/Nacht ist diese Vorgangsweise lächerlich bzw. erbärmlich! Jeder möge sich selbst ein Bild darüber machen. Der Original Mailverkehr anbei: ==================== Wir entschuldigen uns für das offensichtlich entstandene Missverständnis und möchten uns hiermit aufrichtig für etwaige Verwirrungen entschuldigen. Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass das Hotel für die Entgegennahme und Aufbewahrung vergessener Pakete eine Gebühr erhebt. Die Mindestgebühr für diesen Service beträgt 20 € und gilt für kleinere Sendungen wie Briefe, Dokumente oder kleinere Pakete. Für größere Sendungen fällt je nach Größe, Gewicht und Bearbeitungszeit eine zusätzliche Gebühr an. Das Hotelpersonal nimmt häufig Sendungen für Gäste entgegen und registriert sie und ist somit für deren Empfang und Aufbewahrung bis zur Zustellung verantwortlich. Dieser Service erfordert zusätzlichen Zeit-, Arbeits- und Platzaufwand, weshalb die Gebühr erhoben wird. Huge room. Great great location!! Sweet town. This hotel is centrally located and a pleasure to stay in. Huge room with great bath room with makeup mirror! Good towels. View of the sea added onto our patio! Clean!

Ein herrliches Hotel in bester Lage in Poreč. Zimmer top, Frühstück top, Personal freundlich und kompetent. Herrliche Terrasse mit Freipool direkt zum Meer. Parkplatz außerhalb von Poreč, aber mit Hotelshuttle jederzeit in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

We were picked up from car park drop off by hotel transfer and the driver was so warm and welcoming . This was also the case with a very helpful reception staff . We had booked a twin room but the holiday company hadn’t informed the hotel . Reception staff did find another room but advised the double was better with balcony so suggested we still took that which we did. The room was comfortable and clean . Lovely sea view if not for the flat roof and cruise ships moored outside the hotel most of our visit . We did miss balcony flowers though . |The cruise ships moored outside looked right into the pool and sun-bed area so you can feel a little looked on when ships moored there. |Breakfast was good , selection of fruit , meats, cheeses , cereals , breads , variety of milks, teas. Juice machine was a roulette as you never got what the button said and no orange juice. However there was a sign for orange juice saying 3 euros for it!. No toaster or bread for toast but you could order it from the staff easily . Sufficient selection to suit most needs for breakfast . |Small pool with some sun-beds but never had a problem getting one as not very busy. Got sun all day and some daybeds for shade. Spa was next to pool so you could use toilets shower gym collect towels for beds. There was a selection of water in the spa you could help yourself too all day including a bowl of fresh fruit. There was pool service for other drinks too . There weren’t any cocktails unfortunately . There is access to the sea for swimming around the promenade but be careful swimming near to hotel as regular boat taxis moor outside hotel too . |Very close to restaurants and bars. |There is building works on another building opposite but we weren’t troubled by it at all . Great location on the harbour in the old town . Lovely hotel and staff were wonderful we enjoyed our stay

The location is perfect and the public rooms and vista are lovely.|The hotel is very clean and well presented.|However, the rooms are dated which we dont mind but not well thought out. We were in room 214 and the wardrobe is atrocious. There isn't enough hanging space and what there is, is dreadful. Hanging garments front to back makes it very hard to find clothes.|We did have a sea view but over a very long flat roof top which you can't walk over.|The breakfasts are a joke.|They were really short staffed and the waiters were expected to wait on people, clear tables and top up anything that is running out. Which it did, constantly.|Normally kitchen staff restock food This gives the kitchen staff time to assess when food is getting low and notify the chef.|Instead, when bread etc ran out, customers were waiting 10/15mins for the bread to come out of the oven.|NO fresh orange juice. Just concentrates.|No plain croissants just chocolate.|Very disappointing.|We really felt sorry for the two waiters they were constantly apologising and saying thanks for your understanding. |I will be surprised to see how long they'll stay.|We did enjoy the hotel and holiday.|However, there is room for lots of improvement.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in May. The hotel was lovely and we had a room with a small balcony at no extra cost. The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. The only observations I have are: although massage was advertised in the spa, this was not available so should probably not be included in the information. Would be nice if rooms had tea and coffee making facilities though we were given a kettle on request. We ate at the hotel restaurant once- food and service were great but it would be nice if there was somewhere you could also get a light meal or snack during the day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel

Krásná poloha hotelu s výhledem na moře - viz foto a nádhernými vstupními interiery hotelu a hotelové restaurace. Příjemný wellness ! Velmi solidní výběr z nabídky snídaňového bufetu. To vše odpovídá kategorie hotelu - **** ! Nedostatky a doporučení ke sjednání nápravy tak, aby příští pobyt již byl na 100% spokojenosti : 1/ Parkování - vzhledem k jeho umístění je nutné volat shutlle na odvoz do hotelu. Za celou dobu pobytu jsme měli jednou velmi špatnou zkušenost, když jsme na pakrovišti museli čekat na shutlle 40 minut - jako omluva řidiče i recepční byl příjezd větší skupiny hostů na hotel. Toto nepovažuji za oprávněný důvod tak dlouhého zpoždění, protože jsem si jako host zaplatil pobyt se všemi službami odpovídající kategorie hotelu **** !!! V případě, že se taková skutečnost vyskytne - o příjezdu většího množství hostů ví samozřejmě hotelový personál v časovém předstihu a tak si musí zajistit dostatek personálu a všechny služby pro stávající hosty vykonávat na 100% !!! 2/ Pokoj - čistý, nicméně jsme museli použít dvě vstupní karty do stykače osvětlení, aby jsme mohli používat světla - viz foto. Postel - čelo postele jsme museli zakrýt čistým ručníkem, protože na něm byly zaschlé skvrny po předchozích hostech ..... - viz foto. Ve skříni byl dostatek ramínek na svršky, nicméně skladba nebyla jednotná jak barevně, tak velikostí i vzhledem - viz foto ?!? 3/ Koupelna - na umyvadle nešlo používat otevírání a zavírání odtokové zátky hrdla na umyvadle - chybělo ovládání - viz foto. Sprchová hadice prasklá těsně před sprchovou hlavicí, takže při jejím používání tekla voda všude kolem, ale do sprchy skoro nic - viz foto!!! Velmi malá odkládací polička na vlastní kosmetiku - viz foto. Na hotel kategorie **** velmi mnoho zásadních nedostatků !!!
