The air conditioned rooms are generally clean with large bathrooms and a safe for valuables. The beds are the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel for as long as I can remember. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Breakfast has a good spread of quality food, including cooked meats, deli meat, cheese, breads, fruit, cereal, pastries, juices and coffee. The rooftop pool makes for great views over the city with comfortable sun loungers and a clean pool. Pool towels are provided and beach towels upon request.
L’hotel è composto da un edificio principale e una dependance. Noi siamo stati nella dependance.|Stanza pulita, condizionatore perfettamente funzionante, gestibile in autonomia.|Wi-Fi funzionante, basta inserire la password la prima volta.|Colazione continentale davvero ricca e completa dal dolce al salato. |Piscina sul tetto, in aggiunta due vasche idromassaggio Jacuzzi con acqua riscaldata, e un bel numero di lettini. L’hotel mette a disposizione gratuitamente asciugamani sia per la piscina che per andare in spiaggia. La reception è aperta H24.

Abbiamo soggiornato in camera tripla per due persone presso la struttura annessa all'Art Hotel l'ultimo sabato di giugno. Struttura a circa 10 minuti di autobus dal centro/porto. Spettacolare la piscina/solarium sul tetto dell'hotel. La camera, invece, è piccola e essenziale. La pulizia della camera e la manutenzione del bagno dovrebbero essere più curate. Pienamente soddisfatti della colazione, varia e di qualità. Il personale (tranne la Signora che ci ha accolto al check-in) è sembrato abbastanza distaccato e disinteressato. In considerazione del prezzo pagato per il soggiorno, le aspettative non sono state pienamente soddisfatte.

Good room good breakfast buffet, we were upgraded from annex to main building, free parking inside the property, 15 minutes walk into the old town area.

Booked here with a couple of friends due mainly to a great price and short on time for much research. Read the reviews after booking which were quite negative especially around the staff so little expectation. We all had a fantastic first experience in Split. The staff could not have done anymore to help us during our stay, offering great advice and tips for our stay. Both beach towels and pool towels were readily available which was great as we had arrived with underseat cabin bags. Friendliest and most helpful staff throughout. The pool had ample loungers on the upper floor where 2nd hot tub was, no problem here for the 3 of us. |No criticisms of the hotel at all. Would definitely recommend. 6 minute walk from the bus station if getting number 37 bus from airport. This was €3 in June 2025. 20 mins walk to old city along a straight road.

Really nice atmosphere and staff
It is a beautiful hotel and our stay was excellent. The service is emaculate. This got me to extend my stay. As our tour was early the staff packed breakfast for us to take along
Perfect stay! The gym was great, the spa area, the pool and jacuzzi! The breakfast was great! And the staff was great, they are so smiling and talking care to each guest! Thank you! 🙏
