Dies hier ist eine Rezension für das "Forest Camping Side" in einem Wooden Tent Forest Side. vom 25.08.24-27.08.24 Wir freuten uns sehr eine ruhige und schöne Unterkunft gefunden zu haben, die der perfekte Start für unseren 2-wöchigen Slowenien-Urlaub bedeuten sollte. Wir hatten ein gutes Gefühl für die Unterkunft da wir die Umgebung über google maps ausgekundschaftet hatten und alles sehr grün und ruhig erschien. Desweiteren wurden wir noch während der Fahrt angerufen, ob wir abends dort zu Abendessen wollten, was wir als sehr aufmerksam und serviceorientiert hielten. Nachdem wir nach 10,5h Fahrt angekommen sind, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und alles schien nach unseren Empfinden für uns zu passen. Der Rezeptionist war total lieb und zeigte uns das Camp. Angekommen an unserem "Wooden Tent" bei der "Forest Side"- welches getrennt wird von einer Straße vom restlichen Glamping Resort - war nun leider nichts dergleichen, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Unsere Sicht von den Tents war ein riesiger Geröllberg mit kaputten Dächern und von einer grünen Wiese war auch nichts zu sehen. Die Bilder von der Website entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das die Region Opfer der schweren Regenfälle und Unwetter im Jahre 2023 wurde und dadurch vieles überschwemmt und niedergerissen wurde, ist sehr schrecklich und dafür kann das Resort nichts. Dass aber die Bilder auf der Website nicht aktualisiert worden sind oder zumindest ein Reclaimer auf der Website ist allerdings schon. Das entsprach logischerweise nicht unseren Vorstellungen und wir überlegten, ob wir nicht uns woanders eine Bleibe suchten. Es war jedoch sehr warm und wir sehr müde von der Fahrt und die restlichen Eindrücke waren positiv, weshalb wir blieben. Was auch noch zu erwähnen ist, dass es für alle Tents nur EIN Klo und EINE Dusche gibt, da wir aber die einzigen waren fiel das nicht weiter ins Gewicht. Als wir zurück zur Rezeption gingen, unterrichtete uns der Rezeptionist den Frühstückspreis von 8€/Person, welches wir auch die zwei Tage dort annahmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und ausgiebig. Generell kann man sagen, dass das restliche Resort sehr liebevoll und stylisch gestaltet ist und der "Natural Pool" ein Highlight ist. Am Tag unserer Abreise bezahlten wir die beiden Frühstücke bei der Dame die das Restaurant führte. Hier stellte sich heraus, dass das Restaurant NICHT zum Resort gehört und separat abrechnet. Nun wurden wir davon überrascht, dass der Preis 16€/Person war und eben nicht wie vom Rezeptionist behauptet 8€. Nun war es so, dass die 8€ für eine "Take-Away lunch Tüte" gewesen wäre und nicht für das Frühstück vor Ort. Das wurde uns leider eben nicht mitgeteilt. Wir vertrauten auf die Aussagen des Rezeptionisten. Daraufhin schauten wir nochmals auf der Website nach wie der Preis dort angegeben war und dort standen 10€/Person. Angesprochen darauf, dass auf der Website 10€ stehen und der Rezeptionist uns 8€ sagte. Die Dame wies uns weiter an den Rezeptionisten und dieser sagte er hätte das nicht gesagt und sagte der Preis auf der Website wurde leider noch nicht aktualisiert. Er verstand unser Anliegen aber habe nicht die Befugnis darüber zu entscheiden, ob wir nun das Geld zurückbekommen. Er lies sich von uns eine Telefonnnummer geben und den Namen und sagte er redet mit der Resortleitung und sie werden sich bei uns melden. Ich warte bis heute noch auf eine Nachricht diesbezüglich. Wir verstehen ja, dass nun manchmal Fehler unterlaufen und wahrscheinlich hat er sich versprochen und jemand hat vergessen den Preis zu aktualisieren. Wir wären d'accord damit gewesen 10€ zu bezahlen. Jedoch waren wir nicht bereit die 16€ zu zahlen, nachdem die Tents nicht den Bildern vor Ort entsprachen und nun auch noch einen Preis zu zahlen der nicht kommuniziert wurde und nicht auf der Website zu finden ist. Irgendein Entgegenkommen haben wir erwartet, aber es kam nichts. Das ist wirklich schwach und sehr frech. Wir waren bereit über den Zustand vor Ort hinwegzusehen aber so verließen wir den Ort verärgert über so ein freche Handhabe.

We went there as a family group and it was really amazing: very relaxing atmosphere and comfortable tents (with ALL the comforts), amazing Jacuzzi outside... and what about the experience of the outside "shower" under the starry sky!!!!!! The staff was really very caring and welcoming!!!!

W Herbal Glamping urzeka fantastyczna atmosfera miejsca, na którą składają się przemili ludzie, a także architektura obiektu. Wrażenie robi naturalny basen, w którym można odpocząć po całodniowym trekkingu, a także dla wielbicieli cieplejszej wody - prywatne jacuzzi. Dodatkowo ogromnym plusem miejsca jest przepyszne jedzenie - śniadanie z lokalnych produktów, a także obiady/kolacje w restauracji. W namiocie zabrakło kilku rzeczy, które ułatwiałyby odpoczynek na glampingu - czajnika oraz talerzy ze sztućcami. W namiocie, w którym się zatrzymaliśmy - na końcu obiektu - nie działał też dobrze internet. Jesteśmy natomiast bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Z chęcią wrócimy.

If you're looking for a peaceful escape in nature, this is definitely not the place for you. The owner seems more interested in making easy money than providing a genuine experience. The online photos showed a tent in the middle of the woods, but in reality, there are ten tents set less than one meter apart, situated between a road and a house. During the day, someone was sawing wood and hammering, and at night, they were throwing a loud party. To top it off, the view from the tent was of a pile of rocks. The website claimed that checkout was at 11 AM, but in reality, it was at 10 AM. The manager knew we were unhappy, as we canceled our additional night, but made no effort to reach a compromise. To make matters worse, there was only one shower and one toilet for all the guests. The only positive aspect was the friendly receptionist. This was one of the worst nights of my life—I barely slept an hour due to all the loud noises around. I’m giving 1 star only because I can't give 0. This place has absolutely nothing to do with nature—there’s less noise in my city apartment. edit: Even your response to my review is a complete lie. You mention my unpaid balance, but what you’re really referring to is the 4 euro tax that I couldn't pay because the reception was closed, and I had to leave that dreadful place at 6 AM! I drove 7 hours to get there and just wanted to return to my home, which is 750 km away from you! You keep lying. You say that I saw the property in the photos, but the photos on Airbnb were changed after our complaints because the ones that were there when we booked showed a completely different perspective (by the forest, not by the road). You claim that I was rude from the beginning. I only spoke to one person there, and I was just as polite to her as she was to me. The manager is rude and tries to make me look like a thief when I simply had no chance to pay the tax because the place was closed—ABSURD. It would have been enough to offer a 10% discount (which I would never use anyway because I have no intention of ever returning), but you could have at least been polite and understanding instead of arrogant and mean.

Un lieu vraiment très bien pour une décompression totale, tente au top avec tout ce qu'il faut, douche, wc, 2 grands lits, un spa privatif. Une piscine naturelle. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Dommage nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant fermé le mardi soir. Je recommande.

Wij boekten de familietest voor 1 nachtje. Dit was werkelijk te kort. Bij aankomst kregen we een kei fijne rondleiding. De tent was heel ruim, grote badkamer, buiten douche, apart toilet, en een privé jacuzzi. Het natuurlijk zwembad is werkelijk prachtig. Er zijn ook 2 sauna’s waar je gebruik van kan maken. We boekten een babybedje en dit stond al klaar toen we toekwamen, alsook productjes om onze baby te wassen. Het diner in de glamping was super (apart te betalen en te reserveren). Het ontbijt was ook top! Aanrader!

Wonderful resort in the mountains of Slovenia. Great location and atmosphere. The tents are perfectly arranged and all included extras are making the experience unforgettable. The food is very well done and the service friendly and helpful. It was our first visit there, but definitely not the last!

Luxe glamping van alle gemakken en meer voorzien. Ruime tent (als je dit nog een tent kan noemen) met zeer mooie badkamer, toffe buitendouche en eigen jaccuzi. Kleinschalig resort, wat zeer leuk was na een week in het drukke bled. We kwamen hier echt tot rust. Eten savonds was ook piekfijn in orde. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!

Zelo lep glamping resort, lično urejen. Vsak šotor ima tudi svoj jacuzzi ter skupen naravni bazen, s prijetno urejeno plažo. Sprehodite se lahko tudi po domačem vrtu med zelenjavo in začimbami. Ob čisto vsakem obroku ali pijači pa Vas presentijo z rožico, sivko ali drugim detajlom iz narave. Great glamping resort, very beautiful. Tents are clean and welcoming. You can use their cosmetics, if you are travelling light, so you do not have to pack all the shampoos etc... Food is great, ambient too but most of all the staff is wonderful and very kind and helpful. Oh there are saunas you can use for free and at any time you can book a massage session. Totally recommened it.

All Slovenian citizens received tourist coupons during Covid pandemic in order to ||keep accommodation providers from going bankrupt. Some businesses seem to have decided to take advantage of the situation. Charming Slovenia Herbal Glamping Resort offers the same service for a higher price when paid with tourist coupons. As a result, they offer lower prices to foreign tourists who book through Booking (220€ for 2 people for 1 night) and higher prices for domestic tourists who book with tourist coupons (320€ for 2 people for 1 night). I was not able to reach an understanding with them to equalize the price. Seems like a nice resort, too bad they are more interested in maximizing profit from financial help received from the government than fair pricing for domestic tourists.

We visited Herbal Glamping in February and totally loved the experiance of glamping in the winter time. The tents are cosy, warm and clean, food is great and the staff is very friendly. The Glamping seems like brand new and it’s placed at a very quiet location. We enjoyed the spa (sauna and massage) and visited Logarska dolina and other nice places nearby.

Zelo lepo, prijazno osebje, šotor lep in lepo ogrevan v teh zimskih dneh, jacuzzi je neki najboljšega, zajtrk je bil soliden, zmotil me je samo tuš po tleh ima lesene letvice, kar je malo tako ampak se da. Ponudba večerje bi lahko bila boljša, cene so pa do neba.
