do Villa Sunce chodíme veľa rokov dva krát za sezónu. majitelia sú priateľskí, zodpovední a trpezlivý. nikdy som im nenapísal recenziu, ale dnes som tu náhodou našiel veľmi negatívne správy. bol som tam v termíne a zažil hlučné situácie kedy deti nespokojného pána behali po dome hore a dole a do neskorej noci sa hrali s loptou v interiéri takže nikto nemohol zaspať. sťažovali sa na to mnohí hostia, majitelia sa to snažili v tichosti slušne vyriešiť. Apartmány sú vždy čisté, dostatočne vybavené a všetky priestory vrátane schodiska sú aj v noci osvetlené. výborná lokalita pár metrov od pláže.

Jestem osobą bezstronną poniższe komentarze przybyszów z Ukrainy są przesadzone zrobiliście imprezę na całego alkohol do późna w nocy hałas dzieci biegały po domu jak by były w wesołym miasteczku tutaj byli inni goście co im to przeszkadzało bo nie mogli spać uważam że nie macie szacunku do innych osób jesteśmy tutaj 4 raz i za rok wracamy właściciele uśmiechnięci pomocni i bardzo mili apartamenty czyste ręczniki pościele pachnące można brać kiedy się chce pranie można zrobić w każdej chwili papier toaletowy środki czystości wszystko jest na korytarzu dostępne Karlo i tak był bardzo tolerancyjny bo w Polsce by była zmiana apartamentu na szpital 😁 a to jest strona villa sunce Pani Zoricy a nie Karlo

Esperienza terribile! Appartamenti Carlo a Duće e Villa Sunce Duće — da evitare! Il fratello della proprietaria è entrato nel nostro appartamento senza bussare, urlando contro di noi con parole offensive e minacciose. Un’altra donna ci ha gridato dalla finestra in modo molto aggressivo. Niente aria condizionata, lavatrici accese di notte, olio venduto al doppio del prezzo, asciugamani mai cambiati. Clima ostile, persone maleducate e zero rispetto per gli ospiti. Mai più!

I proprietari mostrano aggressione davanti ai bambini, entrano in appartamento senza permesso, la porta non si chiude dall’interno. L’aria condizionata è solo in cucina. Mi minacciano di chiamare la polizia e di farmi pagare prima 100 e poi 500 euro. Ci sono bidoni di benzina sul territorio. Al piano terra ci sono lavatrici che funzionano di notte impossibile dormire. Nonostante la richiesta di spegnere, in risposta ci sono solo minacce. In cucina c’è una bombola del gas sempre aperta, rischio incendio. Gli estintori sono scaduti. Sono andato in bagno, che si trova fuori, e ho sentito tirare lo scarico con urla dal balcone. Dopo hanno detto che il bagno è diventato privato non c'era nessuno adesivo che indica che privato. In più non ci sono strisce pedonali per attraverso della strada.

Ovo je luksuzni apartman, tri balkona, dvije spavaće sobe, prekrasan, ugodan. Za 2 minute nalazi se luksuzna plaža.Plaža ima sve. Kafić, najam brodova i skutera, prekrasna pješčana plaža. Trgovina u blizini. Preporučujem svima koji vole miran odmor na obali mora. Parking je također besplatan.

I was here in 2007 and I remember that everything was just perfect, the location, the owners, they were very friendly and nice people. I loved this region, Omis is near and also spectacular, and Duce seaside is beautiful. Can't wait to be back one day.😊 Hello to Ivan and Zorica🤗
