We are currently facing the following issues that may affect your banking experience:
- Outward fund transfers from former MKB Bank and Budapest Bank clients may encounter delays. Our colleagues are addressing this technical issue.
- Delayed SMS notifications for services such as MBH Netbank login, password resets, balance inquiries, and 3DS authentication may be experienced.
- Planned maintenance from March 4th, 2024, may cause temporary outages at ATMs previously operated by Budapest Bank.
- Customer service may take longer than usual in some branches due to technical reasons.
- Online loan applications may have longer processing times starting from March 13th, 2024.
- Access to MBH Netbank and the mobile app may present occasional login difficulties and slowdowns.
- Video call identification for online account openings and loans will be unavailable temporarily.
- Some customers may receive incorrect statements due to a technical fault on January 28th, 2025.
- Processing delays for outgoing and incoming SEPA transfers are currently expected.
