A small reminder for visitors to this castle. When you walk around the castle and in the castle, remember that from 1941 to 1945, the Croatians held the THE ONLY CONCENTRATION CAMP IN EUROPE FOR CHILDREN, FOR SERBIAN CHILDREN. Tens of thousands of Serbian children were tortured and killed there in the most horrific ways possible, they were taken away from their mothers who ended up in the Jasenovac camp and many other camps. The children who were not killed were baptized into the Catholic faith, which is why today many Croatians have surnames ending in "ić". The truth must be known!
