Po vrnjenih izdelkih dodatno nezakonito zaračunali poštnino. Po ukazani napaki ne odgovarjajo na e-maile. Očitno otroci ne poznajo zakone, jih bo pa tržni inšpektorat podučil. [EDIT 1. 8. 24] No, pa dodajmo bralcem še malo podnapisov - moje prvo in edino naročilo je bilo v vrednosti 199,6 EUR. Po obdržanem le enem izdelku v vrednosti 40 EUR si vi razlagate to, kot moje novo naročilo in mi brez kakršnega koli obvestila pri vračilu sredstev odtrgate še 4 EUR za dostavo (ker je moje "novo" naročilo sedaj pod 90 EUR). Lepo, da ste po mojem primeru posodobili vaše splošne pogoje na katere se sedaj sklicujete, samo to se vse vidi kdaj so bili posodobljeni ;). Še zmeraj pa ta praksa ni zakonita in se veselim, da vas bo tržni inšpektorat podučil in, da bom dobila svojih 4 EUR nazaj. Pohlep vas ne bo pripeljal daleč...
