I came to shop, but there was a party going on in the store, and not everyone was allowed in. Of course, I understand everything, but holding a private party with restricted access in a shopping mall where people come to buy things is just so rude! I have nothing against private events, but please, find a proper place for them! It really felt like discrimination from adidas. I’m so disappointed in the brand – I never imagined adidas would treat its customers this way.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had today at your store located in the Galerija Shopping Center in Belgrade. According to Google, the store’s working hours are until 10:00 PM. At 7:30 PM, I visited the store to browse the selection of sneakers. After checking other stores and trying on different options, I decided to return to Adidas at 7:58 PM to make a purchase. However, I was denied entry by a muscular security guard who stated that a “private party” was taking place starting at 8:00 PM. There was no prior notice about this event, and I was not even offered an apology. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. Feeling insulted, I chose to purchase the same sneakers from a neighboring store instead, and I no longer intend to shop at Adidas. I sincerely hope you address this issue to prevent similar incidents in the future.
