For over 6,000 years, the art of utilizing olive oil has been cherished for its profound benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. Our Production Process

At Zizanj, our extra virgin olive oil is produced using organic methods, with meticulous care given during the harvesting process, which takes place in mid-October. Our team hand-picks every olive, ensuring that only the best fruits are chosen, while removing any damaged ones along with stems and leaves. Within 12 hours of harvesting, the olives are pressed in our own mill, resulting in an oil with exceptional aroma and taste, boasting minimal acidity—a true natural remedy.
