Godinama koristim Koto Derma kreme, losione i antirid.

I’ve started going to Koto Derma for consultations years ago and it was amazing experience so far. They literally fixed my skin from horrible breakouts I got during corona. Meanwhile, I need to comment on the most recent experience I had with the woman on the phone that wasn’t any of the women that actually hold consultations.
First off, since I am personally in lot of stress at work and private life, I didn’t have time to book consultations, but wanted to incorporate some new products into my routine by my own choice (not necessarily their products). I thought I should call and ask if it’s possible for them to tell me via phone if these products should not be used with any of their products I’m using (by telling them what products of theirs I’m using) or if it’s not possible that’s totally okay. The problem arises when the person that picked up the phone was instantly condescending correcting me on my usage of the terminology, since I used the word “product” in Serbian too, with “First of all, it’s not a product, you are not going to use products, it’s …”, then “Second of all”: she continued on being condescending and rudely explaining why she cannot do this over the phone (which I’m completely fine with, but I’m not fine with people treating me like a low life just because I don’t have the knowledge of the things THEY ARE SPECIALIZED IN).
Even after that I ended the conversation politely because I’m not falling on level this low to be rude back. There was no reason to be rude and condescending because a person called to ask a question if something is possible or not. You can nicely explain why it’s not possible, no need to be condescending and a jerk.
I can only say all the best for the women holding the consultations and I’m recommending everyone to go book a term.
