Naročila sem dva izdelka, nagležnjico in uhane. prva težava je nastala, ko sem želela vrniti naročene uhane, ker je bilo takoj vidno, da so slabe kvalitete. Denarja mi najprej sploh niso želeli vrniti, kljub temu, da sem jih trikrat prosila, da mi ga vrnejo. šele ko sem zagrozila z zakonom o varstvu zaščite potrošnikov, sem dobila vrnjen denar. nagležnjico sem obdržala, ker mi je bila zelo všeč, ampak se mi je manj kot 3 tedne od nakupa strgala in razletela - mogoče sem jo vsega nosila 10krat. pritožbo sem napisala javno na facebooku, komentar je bil pa seveda zbrisan, jaz pa blokirana. Skrajno neprofesionalen odnos, že na meji kršenja zakona, izdelki zelo dragi, kvaliteta pa porazno slaba.
