Went there at 14:30 pm, the app says they are open, the door times says its open, no one is inside but everything is on, if the cashier went for lunch there should be a sign.

Typical Balkanism and a true shyster, the owner didn't address my finding beetles in the Quinteros I bought from them, and claimed no responsibility whatsoever. This after me and my friend spent about 300 euros at his shop, over two visits. Given I only had their cigars and a few Laranagas from a reputable shop (which have noticeably less mold than their Quinteros), I'm gonna blame the moldy Quinteros. This is how you lose a customer forever, and create a person that will actively dislike your business and spread bad word of mouth. --- Long story short, the cigars I bought here turned out to be moldy and had beetles, which infected my humidor. --- Unfortunately, I was assured that these Quinteros I purchased were plumed/bloomed, not moldy... I didn't know enough so I figured it was true. I bought a few, excited at having some plumed cigars, and put them in my humidor. I checked the on the cigars every couple of days... After about 2-3 weeks, I noticed this was not plume, but mold. Plume is only on the wrapper, mold grows on the foot of a cigar. It spread to my other cigars, and then I noticed tiny bugs (white and about ~2mm in size)... Turns out those are cigar beetles. Now my entire collection is ruined and I have to disenfect my humidor. The young lady who works here is friendly, patient, and lovely, I have no complaints about her level of service - but you also should learn the difference between mold and plume, and check your cigars for beetles.

Best shop in Zadar. From a minute I entered this shop I knew that cigars are in good hands here;) Large walk in humidor, professional staff and fantastic selection of premium cigars. I’ve been smoking cigars for last 10 years and always visiting cigar shops when on holidays in different countries. Recently spent 5 days in Zadar and I tried some rocky patels decades as well as few Plasencia and bolivar belicoso finos and all I can say they all smoked beautiful! Definitely one of the best tasting cigars that I tried when on vacation. Highly recommend this shop. If you enjoy smoking top quality cigar that is stored in perfect condition while on your holidays there is no better place to go in Zadar for sure!
