Would give them 5 stars, if they gave me lower room, since I told them I’m not comfortable to climb the wall each time I want to go to bed. I fell down at the first day and injured my leg. First night was nightmare each second the beside door was opened and closed with An annoying loud noise from the door hinge. Otherwise everything else was amazing.

아래칸 침대방 썼는데 방이 많아서 혼자 예약하면 혼자 써요. 공용욕실도 칸이 따로 있어서 좋고 체크인 전에 짐도 맡아주고 체크인은 14시에 했어요. 혼자 저렴한 숙소 강추합니다.

Great for the price and location! We stayed in a double room, it was small and it was a little hard to climb the bed, but it was good for our short stay. Clean showers :)

This is a really cool and cosy hotel with hostel feel. Location is perfect and rooms are comfy . I slept extremely well and felt very relaxed. Love the beanbags in the corridors where you can chill and do your emails. Everything was easy going and totally hustle free. Staff are lovely and helpful. If you are up for a budget place with a difference then this is it !

Buen servicio, habitación con aire acondicionado, instalaciones nuevas, personal agradable, bebida de cortesía, buena ubicación. A mejorar, me hubiera gustado que haya más servicio de lavandería. Solo había una lavadora y se forman largas colas.

Konumu şehir merkezinde, her yere yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. 3 gece konakladım, çalışanlar çok yardımseverler. Tesisin imkanları (terası, barı, oturma alanları ve duşları) tam anlamıyla muhteşemdi. Yataklar rahat ve temizdi. 24/7 açık resepsiyona sahip ve binanın 7. Katında bulunuyor. Fiyatı biraz pahalı :( Her şey için teşekkürler !

Stayed here for a one night and everything went smoothly. The location is excellent and the staff was nice and helpful, and we were able to store our luggages there during the day. Bathrooms were a bit dirty, but that can be excpected since the hostel is quite large and accommondates many people. There is a nice view from the rooftop to the castle!

Gute Lage nahe am Bahnhof und am Stadtzentrum. Wir hatten eine Zweierzimmer, das zwar etwas beengt, aber gemütlich und klimatisiert war. Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig okay. Kritikpunkte sind die Bäder, die teilweise ziemlich schmutzig waren, sowie die schlecht ausgestattete und sehr kleine Küche. Der kleine Kühlschrank war völlig überfüllt und wir warteten teilweise 15 Minuten darauf, das Waschbecken zum Abwaschen nutzen zu können. Es gab auch keinerlei Geschirrhandtücher. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kann man sich damit aber arrangieren.

Lieu génial de détente, propice aux rencontres mais aussi propice à la sérénité. On y a très bien dormi. Lieu bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande.

I am highly dissatisfied with my experience with Ibis. I’ve stayed at Ibis before and I’ve been staying in different hotels/hostels/apartments for the past 4 months but never received such unprofessional service. The last night of my stay there was no air conditioning in our room and nothing was done about it. No offers to change rooms, a fan, compensation, or anything. I just asked for a cup of ice because it was so hot and all the supermarkets were closed on Sunday and they wouldn’t give me that. They didn’t offer anything until the day I checked out when they offered us a water which was pathetic. In addition to the poor service, the beds were uncomfortable and the mattress was not flat. It felt like I was sleeping on a slope. Poor climate control in the rooms even on the days there were AC. The only good thing is the location and the WiFi.

Pros: good location only 5 minutes from the central bus station and within walking distance to the old town. Many showers and bathrooms. Has laundry on site and nice rooftop terrace Cons: terrible customer service. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and on the third night there was no air conditioning. I purposely cancelled my prior accommodation and rebooked this one for the air conditioning. The staff at reception didn’t seem to care. No fans or alternatives were offered and when I asked for ice for my beverage because it was so hot and they wouldn’t even give that to me. Beds also uncomfortable

Arrived to check in and had previously received an email through the all acure app to login via their app. At check in they informed me that they hadn't launched the app at this venue. So that had been a complete waste of my time!|Then I was given a locker key, but i was failed to be informed that they required a euro to make them work. Then I tried to store my luggage in the locker assigned to our tent and my osprey backpack didn't fit. When I spoke with reception I was told this was the biggest locker they had, despite this locker being on the top row and the largest lockers being on the bottom! |Then the lady on reception didn't know where the tent was situated so we walked round for 10 minutes trying to find it because the directions she'd given us were just wrong. |We got to the tent and the space was ok, but the tents were uncomfortably hot. They didn't seal along the bottom of the tent and there was no fly net. Even if we wanted to leave the doors open, which was not an option as there were no toes for the doors. |Our stay before we arrived had been what we were most looking forward to about our whole trip and it was our biggest disappointment. I would NOT recommend this place as a budget worthy place to stay. The 'roof top' terrace isn't high enough to get any spectacular views and there a lot of light pollution for being able to see the stars! ||The spaces that are accessible all day to the public is lovely. Cool areas to hang as a group of and spaces to also feel secluded if working.

I would say it’s more of a hotel than a hostel because people were not so social. The location is so good and convenient: near the train and bus station and from the city center. There’s also a bicycle station really near which is great. The common areas are great, specially the terrace. The free tea station was such a delight :) The bathrooms are quite messy but because people do not clean the shower afterwards and after rush hour the floor is like a pool. The staff are so friendly!! Hvala :)

We hebben een nacht verbleven in dit super hostel, in een 2 persoons capsule (boven). We werden heel goed geholpen en welkom geheten en hebben goed geslapen. De sfweer was goed, de locatie is perfect en de badkamers waren schoon. Hier komen we zeker nog eens!

Unprofessional, rude receptionists Tamara and Petra N. Both were very rude. Please make an effort to be nice and professional. I don't want to experience such bad behavior again. You ruined my day and left me constantly thinking about your poor service. Treating guests this way is shameful. Tamara, when you know you're at fault, you should apologize and accept your mistake. Your unprofessional service is unacceptable. I travel to Ljubljana often, and many of my friends stay at this hotel. Please improve your behavior and be nice. Based on this experience, I rate this hotel 1 star.
