Credit where credit is due. The service at this Petrol station is excellent. The staff are polite, helpful, and really try their best to make your visit pleasant. But I'm not fully convinced that's happening for the right reasons. Let's be honest. These days, there’s a shortage of workers pretty much everywhere. And in many places, especially here, it feels like the people on the ground are being pushed to smile wider, move faster, and basically function like customer service robots on maximum difficulty mode. Don't get me wrong. I fully respect great service. I appreciate when someone is kind, efficient, and does their job well. But it should come from a decent work environment, not from pressure that makes people feel like they're being timed and judged every second. You know, that magical blend of burnout and forced positivity that only middle management can cook up. The staff here deserve serious credit. They're doing everything right, even when it's clear they're under pressure. You can feel that tension hiding behind the smiles. It's professional, yes, but also a little heartbreaking. So here’s how I see it. Big respect to the workers. They’re the only reason this place runs smoothly. But to whoever’s in charge, maybe take a moment to manage like a human being. Leadership isn’t just about enforcing standards. It’s also about making sure people don’t leave every shift emotionally drained. And the prices? I won’t even start. Buying 2 cans of animal food feels like taking a micro loan for something that disappears in a moment. That’s all from me. Good staff, rough system, painful prices.

Je viens de payer 2 expresso 4.80€ avec Un ticket de caisse à 2.40€ j'j'ai fait répéter 2 fois le prix par surprise, mais il m'a encaissé 4.80. Les touristes ne sont pas des vaches à lait 😞. Je sais pas si c'est l'employer qui ce l'ai mis dans la poche ou si c'est la politique de la station service ?

Nevjerojatno! Usisivači za usisavanje automobila su im stalno u kvaru odnosno ili ne rade ili ne usisavaju dobro. Uz to se ne čiste odnosno ne održavaju. Vrhunac parodije je taj što niti na blagajni benzinske nema žetona za usisivače za kupiti. U čemu je problem, zašto je to tako već nekoliko mjeseci?

Praonica za auto nije radila dobro, jer nije radio visokotlačni perač i nakon izlaska iz praonice više nitko nije obrisao ostalu vodu sa autu. Tražio sam krpu da to sam obrišem + što rade zaposlenici koji ne znaju hrvatski
