Went to the toilet whilst waiting for burger king order. They were filthy covered in urine, no toilet paper had to wash my hands twice because I felt dirty coming out of there. I would dread taking a child in there.

Absolutely disgusting haven’t been here in a few months and had to come here out of necessity, you would think with the amount of complaints and the review status that something would’ve been done and a on-site cleaning crew would be available throughout the week, but no it’s an absolute mess, and it looks like a drug den, I mean it’s just a joke at this point.

Avoid the toilets unless absolute necessary you are at risk of diseases to say the least, staff are aware just seeming dont tackle the issue if the cleaners are the issue theyd get fired instantly without question, pigs dont live like this

Great location, good food choices and services. Sadly the state of the toilets are off-pitting questioning the hygiene of the other facilities. Been like if for a long time to a point where you have to hold your breath when you go in there!

I don't think they have anyone on a toilet cleaning rota as they are disgusting almost without fail (also some people need to learn how to use a toilet). Fuel is expensive for the area but the food selection is okay.

Just wanted to acknowledge a an excellent member of your team-I think her name was Alice & say how much we appreciated her kindness. We broke down on the way to the ferry in the freezing cold last night (Wednesday 14 Dec) & were stranded with our 8 year old daughter for a number of hours. Alice was so helpful, kind & friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we were ok. It’s great to come across someone like this & restored my faith in the kindness of individuals. She is an asset to your business. We’ll definitely stop off on future journeys.

Having just visited for the first time to use the pressure washer and grab a coffee, I was sitting inside enjoying my coffee when a staff member came over and asked if I was driving a particular van parked outside to which I replied I was. She then handed me my mobile phone that was dropped on the forecourt, handed in by a member of the public and the female staff member went out of her way to find it's owner. A huge thank you goes out to both people involved and in future I will not be passing this particular service station as after this, they deserve my business! The washer & the coffee were top notch!

Karen(actual name) at the till refused to sell my 10 year old Grandson a Vodafone Top up .. is this a thing ? Then when I told her it was my Grandson then the Vodafone top up wasn't working - conveniently for her as she was undecided if it was an actual thing ;)
