Despite the food being excellent, the service was catastrophical. We waited for more than 30 minutes for 2 omelettes and 1 bagel, and when we finally got 1 omelette, waitress brought the second one to the wrong table. No communication between personnel, no organization, bringing food to the table asking if the guests ordered it multiple times, we got cutlery only after we asked for it. Personnel is young and obviously unexperienced, but the audacity not to say hello, good day, goodbye, thank you for coming or have a nice day is unacceptable. Such a nice place, and it's a part of hotel, can't be left unsupervised by someone experienced in working in a restaurant/bar. Rating is 2 only because the food was so great, but it doesn't justify the waiting, and I say it again, 30+ minutes for 2 omelettes and a bagel is unbelievable.
