The station is spacious and nice, there are some basic services, ATMs, a few restaurants etc. My question is why is there is no toilet paper available in the toilets? I've been using this station since it opened and NEVER have I seen toilet paper there! And not to mention that quite often toilets are dirty and stinky too.

Lošiju uslugu u Srbiji nećete dobiti nego u ovoj ustanovi,vozovi stalno kasne i redovi voznje nisu tačni,bolje ići autobusom,autom, taksijem nego vozom u Srbiji, sela sam u voz u 5h i tu je kasnio 40 min,znaci za BRZİ VOZ koji je trebao da stigne za dva i po sata evo jos smo u vozu i verovatno stizemo u 12h umesto u 8h.i da iako kasne prave milion pauza jer im se može.

Very nice train station. The ticket seller and the conductor were very kind and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English well. They didn’t hesitate to assist me, and I truly appreciated their effort. The train departed exactly on time.

You can change money and have a proper meal here. Information was helpful. Before going to the ticket office, I advise you to choose your exact times and travel class as they are not fluent in other languages. In summary, the renovated central railway station of Belgrad is perfect in all ways, hopefully remains so.

Not sure about all the bad reviews but I personally found it spectacular compared to other train stations which are spartan or pay-per-use for everything. The facility is new and clean, convenient with cafes and currency exchange. There are ticket vendors to purchase from or self-service new machines to select yourself (although strangely for my route to Novi Sad ticket was slightly cheaper online). Bathrooms were also new and clean in my experience, despite other reviews that they were not? It was a smooth transaction to scan ticket to enter platform, assigned seating which felt like a luxury in a COKO fast train with power outlets, and your ticket is scanned once by a train conductor. Very efficient and easy station/system to navigate opposed to other terminals.
