Poor service. Driver claimed he stopped for our stop, but he did not even open the doors despite multiple people standing in the aisle. He just slowed down then kept driving. As we dont know the area assumed we would stop at another bus stop in town. Then we ended up in another city which forced us to spend twice as much to get a taxi back. The company put the blame on us, however, there were multiple people with the same problem this day. Incredibly disappointed with the service provided.
