Etablissement familial, au calme, à l'écart du centre de Zadar mais très bien situé (arrêt de bus à 300m). Les logements sont bien équipés (kitchennette complète) avec des balcons. La plage est en face : il suffit de traverser la route. Des équipements sont mis à dispositions : chaises, parasol, transats, chaussures de plage, vélos...Il y a plusieurs restaurants et cafés à proximité, ce qui en fait le cadre idéal pour des vacances.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Es ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Kiesstrand. Er ist sauber und das Wasser ist glasklar. Man kann eine Liege, Sonnenschirm und Fahrräder in der Villa ausleihen. Es gefiel uns sehr und wir empfehlen diese Villa.

Pulizia perfetta , ordine meticoloso, posizione tranquilla prospicente il mare su una via pochissimo trafficata . Spiaggia antistante a dieci metri e mare limpido . Complesso gradevolmente accogliente e rilassante con verde interno . I titolari disponibilissimi e genuinamente simpatici ed il prezzo nella norma rendono la struttura consigliatissima in una realtà, quella di Zadar / Zara, che propone alternative sotto molti aspetti e soprattutto nel rapporto qualità dell' offerta/prezzo assolutamente non concorrenziali. Solo la vista a mare totalmente aperta in una zona tranquilla fa già la differenza.

Dobra lokalizacja z plażą po drugiej stronie ulicy. Spory apartament na parterze z widokiem na morze. Kilka miejsc parkingowych + publiczny parking obok. 3-4 kilometry do centrum. Kilka restauracji w okolicy, przystanek autobusowy jakieś 300m dalej. Kilka minut na piechotę od miejsca do oglądania zachodów słońca. Właściciel pomocny, częstuje śliwowicą.

Szép, kényelmes. A reggeli pontos időegyeztetés után elérhető. A kert teljesen szuper családok számára is. A part az utca másik oldalán van.

Returning this year from Scotland after our 1st visit last year. Marko & his family are great hosts, his mother cooks the perfect omelette, breakfast is plenty full, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach shoes mats ect are all included along with the use of the hotel bicycles! Can't wait to return in July 😎
