Some of my luggage was left at Dubai Terminal 2 and I contacted them there. I was supposed to travel to Europe again from Terminal 3 and I also reported there. They said you will get your luggage but it is too bad that it is such a big airline and things are not getting delivered.

Personally, I have never flown with a worse airline, even though I regularly fly with low-cost airlines. Punctuality is their only real advantage. Everything else – from extremely rude and impolite flight attendants who refuse to do their job (for example, serving food in row 17 while I am returning from the restroom at the back of the plane) to a situation where one of them tells me to stop (in the middle of turbulence) and wait for them to finish serving food from row 17 to 30 before I can return to my seat. I waited 45 minutes in front of the restroom for them to finish. The amount of water you receive on a 6-hour flight is only 100mL. You can ask for more, but you have to wait a long time to get it. The food is okay, but the portions are extremely small, and depending on which row you are sitting in, it can happen that even if you selected a meat meal, you end up with a vegan meal. On five flights, we received a vegan meal even though we had chosen a regular meal when purchasing tickets, with the explanation that there was a food shortage—every single time. The aisle is constantly blocked because during the entire 6-hour flight, they are always moving around selling their products, serving meals, coffee, or tea, often preventing passengers from reaching the restroom. The queue for the restroom on long flights is enormous, with up to 15 people waiting in line for 45 minutes. When turbulence starts, they close the restrooms, and if you have already been waiting for 45 minutes, they rudely tell you that you will have to wait again once the turbulence is over. Of course, it is understandable that you have to wait again, but the rudeness of the staff is evident at every step. Passengers are unable to store their luggage in the overhead compartments, but the flight attendants do not care and allow people to sit in their tiny seats for 6 hours with their luggage between their legs. Unlike other airlines where flight attendants try to make space, here they simply ignore the issue. The seating area is incredibly cramped, the same as in low-cost flights that last only an hour, yet the tickets are much more expensive. The flights are extremely uncomfortable, the staff makes it even worse, and the ticket prices are high. I see no reason why anyone would fly to Dubai with Flydubai at these ticket prices, considering that extra legroom costs €50 per person per flight segment, and only those seats are somewhat acceptable. The difference between Flydubai and Wizz Air is like night and day—Wizz Air tickets are much cheaper, the crew is more polite, and you can pay a small extra fee for extra legroom. This was the most uncomfortable journey ever, with barely any access to restrooms due to long waiting times during the 6-hour flight. The 100mL of water they provide actually helps prevent restroom use, of course. Our luggage was, unsurprisingly, lost because the baggage tags are placed in a rush, and if they fall off, the suitcase is not sent to the final destination. We personally witnessed tags falling off at the check-in counter before the bags were even sent to the plane. Overall, many of these issues could be overlooked as situational, but the rudeness of every single staff member is simply unacceptable. Additionally, food is not served immediately; they spend the first hour selling their own products, so you often end up buying their water because after waiting for boarding, waiting for takeoff, settling in, and their sales pitches, you don’t actually receive the water and food you paid for until 2-3 hours into the flight. This airline should be avoided if you have any other option.

Моје прво искуство летења авионом било је са овом авио компанијом. Што се тиче услуге од продаје карата па све до особља у авиону, све је било изузетно добро. Једина замерка ми је што је мој кофер био уништен и једва сам га користила остатак путовања. Уколико је уништен током лета, у реду, дешава се, али уколико људи који преносе и пакују кофере бацају наше кофере и тако се ломе, заиста би било лепо поразговарати са њима. 🙃
