Air Serbia should be called Air Delay...why selling tickets when you don't have an aircraft?? Perhaps some lawsuits will suit you.The first flight was delayed for 3 times. Now again the other flight delayed twice... the staff at the gate is very unprofessional and uneducated.

The airport staff are very unprofessional — not all of them, but most. They behave as if they’re at home, not at work. Maybe their supervisors are the ones to blame, but it reflects very poorly on the airport’s image. Also, their English skills are very poor.

Air Serbia did put me up in a Hotel over night and provided transport to and from the hotel as well as re-booked me for free. I filed a compensation claim form per staff instructions. On board they gave us a bottle of water and a good size beef sandwich for free and I purchased a coca-cola for 3 euros! Staff handled the issue quickly and efficiently but did run and wait in several long lines before getting into the bus to the hotel.

The worst airline ever. Poor treatment of the flight crew with passengers. Very long transit. Aircraft from the days of the Second World War.
I sent them an email. But there's no response I expect that.

Air Serbia’s treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. They force passengers to check in their carry-on luggage and expect them to carry laptops in their hands throughout the journey—an absurd and impractical demand. The customer service desk is completely useless, offering no real assistance whatsoever. This level of service is disgraceful. I strongly advise choosing any other airline to avoid such a frustrating experience.

Vol Belgrade -> Venise initialement prévu à 7h du matin, retardé à plusieurs reprises avec une communication inexistante. Nous avons finalement décollé peu de temps après 12h.
À l’atterrissage pas de bus pour venir nous chercher nous avons encore attendu sur le tarmac. Tellement longtemps qu’ils ont eu le temps de faire le plein de l’avion qu’on avait toujours pas d’informations sur la suite….
Vous m’avez gâché le peu de jour que j’avais à Venise. Même Rayanair et Pegasus font mieux !
