1. They show the wrong address, lost the 1,5 hours to find the place and when came was waiting for 30 min and told us they can’t rent a car with no explanation .. lose all the day plans.

We called to add an extra driver and we were told that we needed to go to the SIXT station for them to see the drivers licence of the additional driver. When we passed by the next day, in the middle of the day and during business hours, the office was locked. When we called, the personnel was rude, complaining that we should have called before coming. Then, it suddenly became possible to add an extra driver after without being in site… And they added the extra driver based on information given via mail.

Medelmåttig service. Otydliga regler. Stod ingenting när man bokade om att man var tvungen att ha ett fysiskt kreditkort (inte bankkort med kredit på) med sig för betalning. Svårt att ta sig till uthämtningen utan Uber/dylik transport först.

Very friendly and kind agent. It was very easy and quickly done. The room was very cold and because of outside temperature like 40C we were thankful that we are not outside. Great experience and great service 🤗

Vielen Dank für nichts an die unfreundliche Dame die keinerlei Empathie empfinden kann. Die Zahlungsarten von Sixt, werden weltweit mittlerweile zumindest größtenteils flexibler angeboten. Nur das zurückgebliebene Kroatien möchte das nicht akzeptieren. Lösungsvorschläge werden auch keine angeboten. Somit konnte der Flughafen Split Schalter dann glänzen und hier bekam man entsprechend ein Fahrzeug. Danke für 2 Stunden Umweg in einer sehr schweren Zeit.

Fantastic service, very helpful staff and a great vehicle for the price. Wasn't expecting everything to go as smoothly as it did, and the service exceeded expectations. Would recommend and I'll be using Sixt Sibenik again.
