Übergabe und Rückgabe des Mietautos werden von SIXT-Mitarbeitern vor Ort (Opatija Hotel Ambassador) kundenfreundlich und stressfrei organisiert. Alles sehr freundlich und zügig. Auch während der Nutzung konnte die Rückgabezeit per Handy verändert werden. Sofortige Dokumentation der Rückgabe per E-Mail.

They have an office nearby Hotel Ambasador but nobody is located to serve. When called phone number, directed me to Rijeka office. In other option, you can rent car via webpage to get rented car in front of the hotel. At this point, you will face another disadvantage, if you want to leave the car at around hotel, there is no free of charge option. The worst thing is that sixt employer doesn't inform for this. Keep in mind this before rent a car. It is not a professional approach.
