çok güzel geçirdiğimiz bir tatilin sonunda tüm hevesimizi kursağımıza dizen işletme. zaten çizik olan ön tamponun en yoğun çizik bölgesine bir çizik daha eklediğimizi iddia ederek bizi 1,5 saat kulübenin önünde oyaladılar. neredeyse uçağı kaçıracak kadar bekletildikten sonra hasar için 100 EUR kesileceğini söyleyip kartımdan tam 938,09 USD (37.538,31 TL) çekildiğini gördüm ve günlerdir bunun iptal edilmesi için uğraşıyorum. telefon yok, iletişim yok. tüm tatilin kendisinden daha pahalıya mal olan bir tampon çiziği ile karşı karşıya kaldım. hiç bir şekilde çözüme ve iletişime geçemiyorum PAYLESS ile... zorla kazandığım parayı da bu kadar basit bir şekilde PAYLESS şirketi ile paylaşmaya hiç niyetim yok. asla yanaşmayın, asla bu şirketten araç kiralamayın. diğer yorumlara da bakarsanız (bende keşke kiralamadan önce baksaydım) bu şirketten araç kiralamak başınıza sadece dert olacağını görebilirsiniz.

קשה מאוד למצוא את הדלפק. שירות ממש גרוע. גבו עוד 90 יורו על שעה איחור כי הטיסה התעכבה. רכב ממש ישן עם 130000 ק"מ, באחד הימים נדלקה לי נורה אדומה של הגה כח. בקיצור לא להתקרב!!!!

Zelim da podelim licno iskustvo ,koje sam doziveo sa Payless agencijom u Beogradu, stacioniranoj na Aerodrumu Nikola Tesla,koju od tada gledam kao agenciju za prevare svojih klijenata.Naime unapred sam rezervisao vozilo u ovoj agenciji,za dan 14.03.2025 godine,za period do 19.03,placajuci i posebno osiguranje da nebih ostavljao depisit.Kada sam se prezentirao radi preuzimanja vozila njihov sluzbenik je zahtevao moju bankarsku kartiicu da bi na njoj blokirao depozit od 1300 €. Na moje odbijanje sluzbenik je umanjivao trazeni iznos ,dosavsi do 300 € ne uzimajuci u obzir posebno osiguranje koje sam uzeo,upravo da nebih ostavljao depozit. Ocigledno je bilo da cu imati problem da povratim novac ostavljajuci depozit,agenciji ,pa sam to i kategoricno odbio da ucinim.Imao sam potrebu da podelim ovo svoje neprijatno iskustvo ,upravo da bih skrenuo paznju buducim eventualnom klijentima da ne dozive isto.
