Ich hatte ein Auto online reserviert und bezahlt für die Tage, an denen ich das Auto brauchte. Nach Ankunft in Belgrad mit verspätetem Flug wurde mir gesagt, dass sie das Auto nicht mehr haben und weitergegeben haben. Wie schon gesagt, obwohl ich bereits bezaht habe.

The address of rent a car is almost impossible to find, there is not a single board with the name of the company "Ok Mobility". They only have a landline that they don't answer. Avoid their service!

Katastrofa – nikada više OK Mobility! Rezervisala sam i unapred platila rent-a-car, uključujući depozit. Trebalo je da preuzmem auto u 21:00 na aerodromu. Niko se nije pojavio! Zvala sam više puta – niko se nije javljao na telefon. Nisu me kontaktirali ni porukom ni mejlom. Potpuno neprofesionalno i neodgovorno! Ostavljena sam sama na aerodromu uveče, čekala dva sata dok mi druga agencija nije pomogla i iznajmila mi auto. Da nije bilo njih, ostala bih bez prevoza! Ovakvo ponašanje je sramotno. OK Mobility me je totalno razočarao. Tražim potpuni povraćaj novca i NIKADA više neću koristiti njihove usluge. Magdalena

dans le contrat il est écrit que le dépôt est de 17000rsd, un peu plus de 100euros. A l arrivée on me réclame 1000 euros. J ai du batailler. De plus, l agence n est pas du tout dans le terminal comme indiqué lors de la réservation. Pas top.
