I read some horror stories when it came to renting a car in Croatia. So I was very pleasantly surprised by the ease and efficiency of renting from MACK. They were helpful, quick, and fair and had us on the road in a quality car in minutes. The location was a short distance from our hotel in the heart of Zagreb. Our agent extended our drop-off time giving us the option to return our car the next morning. They have a key drop which allowed us to return after hours and then got an email with our return notice early the next morning. This company is being run well and offers a great value. If you're renting a car in Zagreb, you would be wise to give MACK a try.

He alquilado con ellos muchas veces en Split y Slavko es estupendo. Con sus coches hemos visitado otros países y todo funciona de maravilla. Es genial rentar con gente tan relajada y profesional. La próxima semana en Zagreb pues ni me cuestiono... rentaremos una semana con Mack por supuesto!

Christian was very kind in trying to find a car that we liked. He was also very clear in his instructions and was always friendly.
