Excellent experience with Lutar car rental throughout the whole car rental process. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. With their quick and helpful customer support, clear and professional communication, and kind demeanour, they made the whole process easygoing. They even drove us to the airport after we dropped off the car! We were two 20 year olds that rented a car. We accidentally scratched the car while parking, but full protection covered the damages. The man that took the car off of us was pleasant and understanding with the damages. If you’re renting a car, definitely pick Lutar car rental.

Excellente expérience avec l’agence Lutar ! C’est une agence très fiable et extrêmement réactive, notamment sur WhatsApp. Notre vol initial ayant été annulé, nous n’avons pas pu récupérer la voiture le jour prévu. L’agence a fait preuve d’une grande compréhension et nous a rapidement proposé une nouvelle date de location, sans aucun frais supplémentaire. Vraiment très professionnel ! La voiture était en parfait état ( neuve avec 4000km au compteur) et tout s’est très bien passé durant la location. Seule petite remarque : le siège bébé ne s’inclinait pas, ce qui n’était pas très pratique lorsque notre enfant dormait. Mais à part ça, tout était impeccable. Je recommande vivement cette agence pour son sérieux, sa disponibilité et la qualité de son service !

Bardzo dobra wypożyczalnia, komunikacja przebiegała bezproblemowo, dostaliśmy nowy samochód Skoda Fabia z Android Auto, dzięki czemu nie było problemów z nawigacją podczas wycieczek, zostaliśmy odebrani z lotniska i również przywiezieni na lotnisko, co jest też ważne, nie mieliśmy limitu kilometrów. Umowa jasna i przejrzysta, bez dodatkowych haczyków. Na pewno skorzystamy z usług tej wypożyczalni następnym razem. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy. 🤩

Proffsig bilfirma, fin och snabb service. Väldigt gott bemötande. Vi fick en ny och fräsch bil. Vi hyrde bil i 12 dagar, åkte över gränsen till Montenegro, inga bekymmer. Vi fick även skjuts tillbaka till flygplatsen. Kan varmt rekommendera dessa alla dagar i veckan, skulle gärna ge fler än 5 stjärnor. Stort tack!

We rented a car to leave Split for a bit and explore Plitvice National Park up north—and it was absolutely worth it. Getting out of the downtown area was a great change of pace, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. The rental car company was fantastic: car was clean, people were super kind, quick, and efficient both at pickup and drop-off. The downtown pickup location was convenient, and returning the car at the airport before our flight was seamless. No complaints at all—very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Mocno polecam! Rezerwowałam on-line, po przylocie od razu była informacja od pracownika, że czeka na sygnał, że wylądowałam i będzie czekał. Pracownik przyjeżdża na lotnisko, biuro jest oddalone 2min samochodem od lotniska. Formalności szybko załatwione, dostałam nowy, świeżutki samochód. Przy zdawaniu samochodu - żadnych problemów...ale wiadomo oddawany czyściutki i z pełnym bakiem. Pracownik podrzucił mnie na lotnisko. Także śmialutko polecam!

Excellent rental car service located adjacent to the airport. They will pick you up from outside the rental car area at the Split airport and take you to their rental lot. A few signatures, payment and hold on your credit card and then you are on your way. Return is just as easy too and they drop you back off at the airport. Car is clean and nice when you get it.

We rented car in the evening for the following day and everything went smoothly. It was nice that we could rent car from Split city and return it to the Split airport. Car was almost new and nice to drive! Thank you :)

Checked the reviews of the car hire companies in Split and we went with Lutar as they seemed the best. Great service and very helpful staff. I've had a few dodgy experiences in the past so I'm always a bit wary but there was no worries here. We hired a little bit last minute online for 4 days picking up in Split centre then returning it to the airport. They upgraded the car one size as another wasn't available (but we paid the same). It was a brand new Peugeot. They took the deposit on our debit card as we didn't have a credit card. This was returned with photographic evidence once they'd dropped us back at the airport. No sales pressure to take any extra excess, we were offered it but declined and that was that. Excellent communication on the day of drop off via WhatsApp and Ivan drove and dropped us at the departures of the airport after we returned the car. If we return to Split I'd use them again without any hesitation.
