Before deciding which car rental company to choose in Zadar, I contacted several of them. Their support responded almost instantly, unlike other companies. I was concerned about whether I could use my debit card for the deposit, but it worked in the end. I believe it had a pre-authorization feature. My plan B was to use my wife's credit card (most other companies require the main driver to own the credit card). I believe they are the only company that doesn't charge for an additional driver out there. When I arrived, I received a free upgrade to an automatic Citroen C4 (with only 2,000 km on the odometer), which was nice. They explained that I could purchase additional insurance (I didn't need it because I have other insurance that covers rentals) but didn't pressure me to take it. I'm not sure if other car rental companies charge this fee, but you have to pay a cleaning fee if you think the car won't be returned in the same condition. It's not a big deal—only 10 EUR, which we paid—but this was the first time I've encountered this charge. I returned the car at 7:05 AM, but they weren't open yet despite their posted hours showing 7:00 AM. I left the car in their parking lot with the keys inside. They returned my deposit promptly, before I even boarded my plane. I'm satisfied with the entire experience. I'm glad I didn't choose the other rental company where I read reviews about workers crawling under cars to check for scratches.

Excellente expérience pour une location de presque 3 semaines. Très bon accueil et explications claires. Loueur ne pousse pas à prendre une assurance complémentaire comme d autres loueur, ce qui est appréciable. Voiture neuve ! Bon rapport qualité-prix...

Polecam, wszystko zostało bardzo sprawnie załatwione. Odbiór oraz zdanie samochodu bez problemu, otrzymaliśmy nowego Fiata Pandę. Dla spokoju wykupiłem dodatkowe ubezpieczenie bezpośrednio w wypożyczalni co skutkowało sporo obniżoną kaucją za którą można również zapłacić kartą kredytową.
