Une expérience catastrophique, la personne an comptoir n était pas présente, elle arrive après 10mn, à peine un excusez moi... pas un sourire, vous parle en regardant son écran... Le pire à été au check out, aucun Accrochage avec le véhicule et la.il detecte une trace sur le côté à peine visible, et reviens avec son barème 550 euro pour réaliser un coup de poliche.....

We picked up a car yesterday from Hertz at Zagreb Airport and were extremely impressed with the service. Not only did Mario do everything you would expect (paperwork etc) but he then came personally with us to the car, showed it to us, checked it with us and made sure we knew everything important before we left. This was truly excellent customer service - I rent cars all over the world but was very impressed with Mario and the service he and Hertz provided.
