Baştan sona sorunsuz geçen bir kiralama süreci geçirdik. Hiç sıra beklemeden arabamızı aldık büyük bir araba aldık üstelik. Bütün talimatları söylediler verirken de hiç bir sıkıntı çıkmadı davranışları bilgilendirmeleri harikaydı tekrar teşekkürler. Ücret konusunda da sorun çıkmadı depozitoyu da tam bir haftada iade aldık.

Aracı teslim ettiğim tarih üzerine 1 hafta geçmiş olmasına rağmen provizyon bedeli hala tarafıma iade edilmedi ayrıca şehir içinde aracı park ederseniz sms ile ödeme yapmanız gerekiyor ancak tarafımıza bu bilgi de verilmedi ve 170 Euro park parası ödemek zorunda kaldım.

When I picked up the rental car, I encountered an issue with a broken battery, which left me waiting for 45 minutes in the cold on a chilly Belgrade night. I want to commend the gentleman who assisted me that evening—he was courteous and did his best to help under difficult circumstances. However, this situation significantly impacted my arrival experience. Considering I had paid for full insurance coverage for a 9-day rental, it would have been preferable if a spare vehicle had been available to address such unforeseen issues promptly. Alternatively, some form of compensation for the inconvenience would have been appreciated. Implementing these measures could greatly enhance customer satisfaction and trust in your services. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will probably not rent from your company again.
