Пользовался сервисом несколько раз. Все отлично, кроме одного случая, когда депозит мне не вернулся, хотя мне дали документы о возврате. Пришлось оспаривать операцию через свой европейский банк. Деньги в итоге вернулись через 1.5 месяца после начала оспаривания или через 2.5 месяца после возврата авто. Имейте в виду эти нюансы.

I rented here for the first time and everything went great. There was a new Renault Megan car with only 550 km of mileage. They gave out the car quickly, handed it over just as quickly and without complaints or questions. I definitely recommend this company. I'll use your services again next time.

As others have mentioned in the comments, the service at this car rental company was extremely poor, and I absolutely do not recommend them. They insisted on a credit card and refused to rent the car with a debit card. While the policy does mention that a credit card is required, it does not explicitly state that debit cards are not accepted. The staff at the counter were also very rude — honestly, I wouldn’t even give them a single star.

I am using this rent office usually once in 2 months as I am living also here in BW. Great service, new cars, prices are very reasonable. Several times I took car for 2 weeks and more and everything was just great.
