Awesome service, great staff made driving abroad easy. Good options to reduce any unforeseen damage, not overly expensive like other car hire companies in Split airport. Only down side was the car could have done with a bit more power, but that's because I'm used to driving a bigger diesel car.

Buena experiencia! Lo único que al llegar a las oficinas de enterprise nos sorprenden que no aceptan tarjetas virtuales, solo físicas. Nos han encerrado para escoger y pagar un depósito de 189€ con todo riesgo. Después de este susto , todo ha estado bien.

Check in and check out was super quick and no problems at all. Too service! Don’t forget to bring the credit card under your name for a deposit but in case you didn’t have it, I payed something around 270€ for insurance (but again with a physical card) and that’s it. What I like about this company you don’t have to wash the car before returning it. That saved my time And my Opel Corsa was easy to drive and perfect for Croatian serpentines

I got a parking ticket (my bad), so I left an enveloppe with the parking ticket and the amount of cash to pay for it inside the keybox, along with the car keys, as no staff was there at 10:00pm. 2 months later I get an e-mail from their finance team saying that they need to charge me a parking ticket. I sent them this picture to prove that I put the money inside the keybox, but that wasn't enough. (probably I should have taken a video showing that paper entering the keybox, and then I would be able to sue them). They checked with Split Airport Enterprise company and they said they didn't find the money in the box. So they are telling me that they found the car keys, but not the cash. Will never go to Enterprise anywhere in the world. Strongly not recommend.
