I had reserved a car for 9 a.m., but I arrived at 9:30 a.m. due to an unexpected delay and informed the rental company. At 10 a.m., with no one at the office, I called them and learned that the car I had reserved was undergoing a technical inspection because its inspection was overdue.
By 11 a.m., there was still no update. It wasn’t until 11:30 a.m. that they finally decided to rent us another car at a reduced rate. At 11:45 a.m., the new car was “ready,” but it was a complete disaster:
• The car looked like a wreck.
• The touchscreen, apparently installed by a very careless mechanic, did not work at all.
• The driver’s side window would not roll back up once lowered.
• The ceiling fabric was held up with thumbtacks 📌, which is unacceptable.
• The electronic controls for the mirrors didn’t work either.
I am attaching photos of this “magnificent” Seat Altea, both inside and out, to show the deplorable condition of the vehicle.
This experience clearly demonstrates a serious lack of organization and professionalism on the part of this rental company. I do not recommend them.
