Fatal. Pagamos por internet un coche con seguro y resulta que al llegar allí nos dicen que tenemos que presentar la tarjeta de crédito física del tomador que ha realizado la reserva. Le explicamos que la tarjeta de crédito la lleva el tomador pero en el movil que es lo mismo que una tarjeta pudiendo hacer pagos igual. Nos dice que no, tampoco le vale mi tarjeta de crédito ( yo si la tenia física) ya que resulta que la reserva no está a mi nombre.
Cual es nuestra sorpresa que pagando 130 euros ( de un supuesto seguro con ellos) más ya si vale mi tarjeta de crédito aunque no sea la conductora principal ni la que ha hecho la reserva. Me siento estafada. Si no pagábamos no nos daban el coche perdiendo lo pagado por internet

We had a reservation for 10am t the Ljubljana city center location. Stopped by the day prior to see if we could pick up the vehicle at 9am instead. Guy at the desk said we could as they open at 8am. Arrived the next day at 9am and noone was there. Waited until 930am when UREK decided to grace us with his presence. Politely asked / stated that they opened at 8am, correct? That we came early because we were told we could. He was very very rude and dismissive and said, "What does it matter, your reservation was not until 10am". So I again said, "You open at 8am correct? And we were told we could come and get the car at 9am." He struggled his shoulders and said, "Oh well."
Very unprofessional. I would expect a much different answer and for the employees to be at work on time. UREK is pictured below.
